Achei os funcionários um pouco secos. O pedido feito no bar demorou a chegar. Mas é um hotel muito bonito e confortável . O quarto é espaçoso e extremamente limpo.

Great Staff, great room, boutique-hotel feel

Cons: Better pool - it's an ok size and the surroundings are ok but because of the color of the pool (orange small tiles?!?!) it looks murky (but it's not).
Location: Visit the MASP and walk on Avenida Paulista
Called the hotel to get early check-in 3 days before arrival. My superior room (spacious, 2 queen beds) was ready when I arrived at about 11am. Spanish restaurant on top floor well worth trying - good food, great view (although only open for dinner, you want to make sure you get up there before sunset). Breakfast was good with an extensive assortment of fruits (ripe and freshly cut every day), few warm items, lots of pastries and an egg/tapioca station. Coffee at breakfast was so-so but coffee pods in the room compensated that. You will want to sign up for the free hotel membership card to get free wi-fi everywhere on the property (very reliable), either on the day of arrival or prior to arriving. Asked for late check-out (2pm instead of 11am) and since my room was not going to be occupied the next day, they granted this request too at no additional charge. Only 2 small negatives: 1/ Weird pool area 2/ Hotel personnel tends to talk between themselves when not occupied, especially by the front/Valet Parking area and in the lobby/concierge desk. I don't mind it too much but it can be a little awkward when you interrupt someone's conversation to get some info (and they answer cordially right away), to have them return to their social conversation as soon as they've answered you...

This hotel offers you a great stayin SP, it has a nice pool area and a lovely bar on top of the building!

Surpreendente

Fomos comemorar uma data especial e desde a reserva fui muito bem atendida. Serviço nota 10. Ambiente e Piscina excelente. Por fora o hotel parece sem graça mas é lindo por dentro e tem vista linda. O restaurante vintetres lá no alto realmente tem uma carta de vinhos meio acima da média (já tinha lido sobre isso)mas a comida é deliciosa e vale a vista lá de cima.

Worse hotel experience of my life !!!

I never write reviews but i will make an exception this time... Worse hotel experience in my life...I travel 60% of my time i have never had anything like this before happened to me. Forget about the fact that i was not given a king bed as promised. I was told that the room i had would be quieter than the rooms with king availlable. so I stayed. It was for a night only so... But little did i know that the workers of the hotel would drill holes in the walls from 1AM to 4AM !!!!! i call 3 times the reception the hear them say that they will send security of course no one came. in the morning after shouting to the manager because i slept 1h after a 12h flight i was told :'Oh so sorry we told them not to do it again" !!!! What !!! they have done it before and no one cares !!! is there a pilot in the plane !!! Tivoli NEVER AGAIN !!!!!!!!

Parfait !!

Séjour très agréable. Terrasse très agréable autour de la piscine, diner au bar très sympa. Services très disponibles et personnel discret. Emplacement central.

Very comfortable hotel in a nice district

The hotel is located in a posh district and it seems to be more suited for business travelers. We stayed at the Collection room and it was spacious and comfortable. However, compared to the hotel lobby and interior design, the restaurant looks a bit dated and tired. The breakfast selection was just ok.
