Nice hotel in good locationPosted Aug 19, 2014
Bedroom a little small for two beds. No good coffee power was available, just soluble coffee for coffee maker. Bathroom not very comfortable, water comes out of the shower wetting whole bathroom. Breakfast a little confusing, lack few items during meals, however it was signs for them. Staff is nice and cordial.

Very happy with the experience considering the price. The hotel is perfectly located at 15m from some of the best and trendiest restaurants in the city. The rooms are very good, nothing to complain about. The only thing that disappointed me was the "Free Wifi" was too slow to be useful, and for a decent connection you are asked to pay R$25 ($12) per day. The gym was also a let down, with very few machines and no benches - although most hotels of this price do not have a gym. Overall very happy with the hotel considering the price.

Fairly nice hotel, but poor wifi servicePosted Mar 15, 2014
They advertise free wifi, but it is free only got two hours. You can renew for free, but only for two hours. Sometimes your access does not work at all. The front desk will give you another two hour code if you go to them and ask. What a hassle! I will not rebook at this hotel.

Great location in the heart of Sao PauloPosted Jan 23, 2014 on Hotels.com
This was a really comfortable hotel in a fantastic central location in the city. We stayed in a twin room which had a small kitchen area useful for preparing snacks if we didn't feel like eating out. The hotel is in one of the more up market areas and felt very safe so no problems walking around at night and it was close to the main shopping area. Also near a big park which was great for evening runs!

Not near sightsPosted Dec 11, 2013 on Hotels.com
Able to walk around immediate area. Most places we wanted to go to had to take a cab. Maps not to scale. What looked like walkable was not. Not many speak language other that native language. A/C cooled but if in bed it was directly on you.

Just an averege hotelPosted Jul 7, 2013
Staff was good but did not get out of the way to help. Breakfast was good but not excellent. In order to get to Paulista Avenue you have a long hill (I,m an athlete, so it is not because I'm lazy) but not reallly far. Location for the area is good.
