Great stay
We really enjoyed our stay overall. The apartments were very big and included a washer, full kitchen, two bathrooms, and two bedrooms. There is a nice cafe across the street and other food sources within a short walk. The breakfast at the hotel was ok. The staff was excellent, especially Carlos. They were extremely friendly and attentive. Unfortunately, parts of the city lost power for three days during our stay and this impacted the hotel as there was no power in our rooms for these days. We were very surprised that the hotel did not provide any compensation, even a small compensation, for this loss. They stated that they did not need to because of their reservation policies. I think this was a poor management decision in relation to customer service, but not at all the fault of the employees at the hotel. As mentioned, they were excellent.

We understand how frustrating and inconvenient it is to be without power, and we deeply sorry for the inconvenience caused by this misfortune of nature.The unexpected storm caused significant damage to the electrical network, leading to the interruption of power supply for an indefinite period. Teams from the company responsible for energy distribution, ENEL, worked for more than 24 hours to rebuild the lines destroyed by the storm.We take measures to serve everyone in the best possible way, we have employees from our 24-hour maintenance team to operate our generator that serves common areas and elevators, we provide sockets for charging electronics at our reception and we offer our breakfast in a bakery in in front of the hotel, aiming to provide fresh and quality products. However, we do not want to minimize the inconvenience this has caused you and other guests. We would like to have the opportunity to welcome you back to our hotel and reverse the bad impression.Count on us for new opportunities when you are in São Paulo. Já havia me hospedado antes e a experiência tinha sido melhor. Acho q no site deveriam explicitar o uso limitado da academia, a piscina que está fechada, a cozinha que só é equipada diante de solicitações. Meu quarto nao tinha papel higienico, faltaram toalhas e havia vazamento no banheiro. Tivemos problemas mas foram resolvidos com boa vontade pela equipe. Fizemos reclamacao pelo barulho da obra no ap ao lado e eles disseram que iriam parar pois nao era o dia permitido para reforma. A equipe é solícita e atenciosa mas acho q o pelo valor pago poderia ficar num lugar melhor. Acho desnecessária a quantidade de plastico embalando pratos talheres toalhas e todos os utensílios. Mesmo com a pandemia poderiam achar solucoes mais sustentáveis ou cada hospede que lave seus pratos se sentirem-se inseguros. Sinto pena das pessoas na cozinha embalando cada pão um a um. E a quantidade de lixo gerada é surreal.

Front desk receptionist was extremely rude and arrogant. The room he put me into was extremely old w/ carpet when I've only stayed in the newer rooms. Its my 4th time staying at this hotel and I will never return. Wifi is horrible as well.

Transamerica upgraded us so we had an apartment. The staff are friendly but not all speak English. Thankfully we had google translate. The public areas are modern and well maintained. Our apartment was tired and in desperate need of renovation. Location to Paulista Avenue is good. Residential neighborhood so a quiet area.

The rooms were very spacious with a full kitchen, washer/dryer and a spare bedroom. The staff was incredibly kind and really went out of their way to meet my needs. My only complaint - and it may have been a quirk of my bedroom in particular - is the noise. It was only audible from one room but I had to listen to my neighbor snoring [very loudly] night after night

The good: the property has microwave, utensils, washer/dryer and two bathrooms. Property is clean. The bad: bedroom is too small; there is no window in the bedroom or the bathrooms. Bedroom felt claustrophobic. the office space is useless. Although it is a large area the useable area is less and overall design poor. The ugly: too much noise! Clearly hear all the neighbors. Didn’t get any sleep. The internet never worked. I made repeated requests to the staff but the wifi kept on getting disconnected after every one or two minutes. Tried different devices but the problem remained.

The localization is excellent, close all you need. The staff is amazing. The room is excellent. Cover parking lot with valet and additional coast. Good breakfast. Of course when I return to Brazil I’ll use the same hotel.

👍 We were with 4 people. Great to be in an apartment in the hotel, with great facilities. It was home away from home. The hotel provided an extra bed, because we were with 2 couples and naturally wanted to stay together. Breakfast was ok. 👎 without my knowledge the hotel had booked a single room. While I request an extra bed in the 2 room apartment , 6 months before. At check-in, it was promised that the extra room would be canceled. Eventually I had to arrange it myself with the costom service from Expedia. Great help from Expedia. But since Expedia's commitment for refund on July 11, I am still waiting for the refund.

The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, but the apartment conditions are poor and not very clean. I had leaking problems with the suite bedroom toilet and washing machine. My nextdoor neighbor was loud during weekdays past 10pm too, which was awful, especially because I was on business.

Great location - near Rua Oscar Freire and Av. paulista - and very quiet (we had a room with a 5 on the end which overlook the courtyard so no street frontage). Big rooms with cooking and laundry facilities. Acceptable buffet breakfast. Only moan would Be the age of the cutout and furniture- due a renovation.

The location is extremely safe, and everyone is so nice and friendly including the other guests staying there. Its truly an amazing place. I was really impressed with the size of the room, and how clean it was. The balcony is amazing to relax on at night with nice city views. Walking distance of supermarkets, and driving distance to many nice places in the local area such as the Ibirapuera park. Im truly glad I chose this place, it is a gem!

Lots of amenities but smelly room/bad internet.
I stayed there for three nights recently. When I arrived at night the hotel staff was helpful and courteous. My room was big and well stocked with features. The room itself though smelled funky and the internet was a bit of an issue. Overall it was a good neighborhood in Sao Paulo but there was also a bunch of local resident condominiums in the same building and when I awoke the person next door was doing some kind of remodeling with a saw and a hammer that kept me from getting rest. The staff during the day was much less personable and made me feel as if it were an issue for English speaking Americans to feel at home,that was my impression. It was a reasonable price if you need a kitchenette and all the other amenities but I had just stayed three nights at the Renaissance and that was like a hotel experience in a far away place should be. Also there was only an air conditioner in the bedroom that did not cool the rest of the apartment. The internet thing was a real let down as we all understand how wifi can be a great asset in a far away land. I give it a 4 out of ten.

Condo style hotel in nice neighborhood
My "room" wasn't so much a standard hotel room, as a small condo. I had a kitchen, a washer/dryer, two bathrooms, an office, a master bedroom, a balcony, and a small living room. All that said, it wasn't an enormous amount of space, but certainly more than enough for a comfortable three night stay. The building itself is quite attractive and I believe part of it is occupied by long term or full-time residents. There were a few minor problems--for instance, a shower that flooded the bathroom floor a bit, but mostly everything was in good condition. The staff was friendly and professional. WiFi had a few problems, but mostly worked well. The hotel is in Paraiso, which is immediately to the south of the attractive Jardins neighborhood. Many restaurants pretty close by, and I felt safe walking around the area even at night. The main part of Jardins is perhaps 30 minutes away on foot, but the Ibirupeura Park is only 20 minutes away. The hotel gym looked ok, but was mostly treadmills--better to just run to and around the park.

Apartment building which sublets the rooms, yet with full hotel services. The result is a very quiet operation with essentially no traffic in the lobby.
