Very practical for going south, as it is a useful stop off, close to the motorway.

We have used Campanile hotels for over night stops in France for many years. Some of the exteriors, such as this hotel, are begining to look tatty and the rooms are always dark. On this occasion our main concern was the restaurant. The service was slow although they did not seem to be very busy. We were left waiting for our main course for over half an hour. staff kept disappearing to get it and not re-appearing. When we went to breakfast, the buffet table was empty, although we were not at all late.it was about half an hour again before it was replenished.
