Nice hotel to relax

Staff is excellent, very friendly and helpfull. Massage was perfect. Spa area is a little bit small, osmanli bath should be bigger. Only negative thing is that alacarte restaurant is very very expensive like they fool you (i.e cup of soup is ₺18)

Pros: The relaxing atmosphere, the well equipped spa, and the food offered in the buffet at breakfast and dinner time.
Cons: If some of the key staff could properly speak (and understand) a language beside Turkish.
Location: Nothing to do near by... a walk outside the hotel compound on a Sunday led to watch some of the local people and a bit of folklore.
I've thoroughly enjoyed my week at the Richmond Nua Wellness Spa in Sapanca. The hotel is fine, the rooms spotlessly clean and comfortable, the staff fairly competent (if a bit lacking in communication in English or other European languages), the food enjoyable... and the SPA is the best part! Everyday I've spent 2-3 hours in the tubs and various areas of the wellness that are all included in the room fee (as a lavish buffet breakfast is). I've also undergone a few treatments which were from beneficial to heavenly (particularly the Dream Lavender body massage performed by Serap and a basic Hammam treatment that was incomparable). Special thanks to Sevil of the Guest Relations service for making my stay particularly comfortable and for competently meeting my requests.

I think there has been some mistake in the payment. It seems that the receptionist charged me twice for the room 417. It is obvious that you took the amount from my visa credit card as well as my ATM mastercard the amount of 1799 Turkish Lire, so kindly return the amount taken from my visa credit card as soon as possible. Not as expected!!

Pros: Location and Spa
Cons: Staff should be trained to give a five star service, and they should learn more English. AC should be turned on before check-in, the room was hot!!
If you are looking for a five star treatment this is not the right hotel to choose. Staff are not trained will, housekeeping never clean the room (they only make the bed!!). The good thing about it is that it is location, and spa.

Comfort Hotel

The Hotel is nice and contemporary. Spa is open till 10pm. Breakfast lasts till 11am. Beds and cushions are comfortable. Mini bar and drinks are a little expensive. Outdoor pool area has hammocks around. The hotel is one and a half hour to Istanbul and 20 minutes to Kartepe Skiing area.
