Pros: Nothing at all
Very disappointing stay ! I booked 5 months in advanced to make sure of non smoking rooms , And as I checking in I again asked that we have non smoking rooms and they said they were, But they were not , and no exchange , the room was old and smelly and the whole floor smelt of cigaret smoke

Really nicePosted Nov 12, 2013
The location of ANA Hotel Sapporo was great. The restaurant district, the Clock Tower, the Aurora Tower, and even the Sapporo Beer Museum were all within reasonable walking distance from the hotel. The hotel itself was very clean and well-kept. The room was a good size, and the bed was comfortable.

Very good dealPosted Nov 7, 2013 on Hotels.com
Room is small but you can't ask for more for $50 in SAPPORO. It's unclear why taxes and fees cost more than $20.

Pros: Sky Bar on 26th floor & non smoking rooms
Cons: size of rooms but this is expected in Japan
Location: good location
We went to Sapporo for skiing & while there thought we should see the Ice Festival as I once in a lifetime experience. This was the only hotel in Sapporo with Non Smoking rooms left. Our room was typical of a 3 star property however the staff we so eager to please and the food was quite good the sky bar on the 26th floor was that of a 5 star hotel. The hotel is within easy walking distance to shopping & if you are on a budget I would recommend this hotel. Make sure you go to the Sapporo Bier Cafe factory its historical value is great and the food was good to. The taxi was $9.50 Australian each way which made it a great night out.

Pros: No favourite all very adequate
Location: Excellent location pls see review
Reception & service staff were extremely helpful providing us with maps & guidance when required. Hotel located near Odori Park as well as bus stop enabling you to reach dome where other ice festival activities take place. it's also on the route the bus takes from the airport dropping you at the door. The extra bed required for child was in the room. Rooms in Japan are small which of course doesn't matter as we went to see sights not remain in the room.

Close to JR station + main shopping mallsPosted Dec 27, 2012 on Hotels.com
Wonderful stay at ANA hotel, close to most shopping area and JR station which can move about easily to several other nearby tourist spots.

Perfect locationPosted Oct 7, 2012
We like it that the airport bus stops right at the door of the hotel, and that the main Subway station has an exit right outside the hotel, and that the Sapporo JR station is also a convenient short walk away. The room is a little too small, even though we had one of the larger room at 35sqm. Otherwise, it is a perfect hotel to stay in Sapporo. We will likely come back to this same hotel again for our next trip.

Great Location, Good Service, Relaxing StayPosted Jul 29, 2009
This hotel is centrally located in downtown Sapporo. It is a block away from the main subway station and a few blocks away from the JR Sapporo station. It is an easy walk away from the tourist attractions of downtown Sapporo. The room we had was clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet has an eclectic menu common to most Japanese hotels. There are any number of eateries outside the hotel, so explore! The staff was friendly, courteous and helpful. And yes, we will be happy to stay here again!

Convenient Hotel in SapporoPosted Jun 13, 2009
I stayed this hotel for four nights during our stay in Sapporo. Located two blocks from Sapporo main station and sightseeing bus terminal is so convenient to sightseeing people. You can visit Otaru within one hour by train. The room was comfortable and quiet with reasonable price.
