The family room is quite small and hard to open a couple of large luggages. Pay the little extra money for a corner premium twin room, all the equipment is better and the room is about twice the size. Standard japanese hotel design and rooms. There is an elevator across the street at lawson's building that goes directly down to the underground JR passage but it is not temperature controlled and really cold. Also a few elevators in that passage to the JR entrance so you do not need to lug your luggage in the snow. Hotel is a good choice if you need a big room and want to stay close to the JR station.

Thank you for using HOTEL MYSTAYS Sapporo Station.Thank you for your compliments.However, we are very sorry that the room was small.Our hotel is a business hotel, so the rooms are a little small.The room you upgraded to is the largest room in our hotel.Our hotel is within a 5-minute walk from the north exit of Sapporo Station, so transportation access is very good.As you say, if you use the underground passage, you can get there without getting too wet even in bad weather.We hope that you will use our hotel again when you come to Sapporo.We look forward to meeting again.

Hotel close to Sapporo station north exit if you take the train from the airport. Walk underground to the building across with Lawson's and escalator and elevator in case you have luggages/strollers. However leaving the JR building it gets very cold and the walkway in no longer temperature controled. Good location but few dinning spots in the immediate area, most will be at the station. If coming during winter, you will encounter a little snow on the pathway adjacent to the hotel on the side and after the hotel front entrance. The corner premium twin rooms are like double the size of family rooms for just a few extra dollars. Plus they have premium tv with built in YouTube and Netflix not available in the family rooms. Separate toilet and bathing rooms, walk in closet. Wifi speed about 10 Mbps. The only strange thing about the premium twin room was that there was always a cold draft from somewhere either the toilet or the large windows.

5 minutes walk to Sapporo Station and carpark for those driving in. Hotel is maintained very well and room service is clean everyday. Surrounded by food (right next door), it’s also quiet at night for a good rest.

Conveniently located with a short walk to Sapporo station! The rooms were clean and comfortable and the staff were lovely when helping us with the check in procedures. It's just one road behind Hokkaido University where you can get an amazing breakfast at their cafe, Cafe de Gohan. Lots of food options and convenience stores are nearby too.

Property was clean and convenient location. However, the bathroom stacks are all connected so you can often smell the smells from other units wafting into the room on a daily basis which gets very uncomfortable in such a small room. Considering other hotel rooms in the area at comparable price, this hotel is not a good value.

Overall is very satisfied but you are all need to know. The Air Conditioner is controlled by hotel center. You may faced with only heater which your can't control by yourself. In case of amenity, it's good for self services by picking up at the reception. No water free in room but you can find them in the vending machine of hotel.

Small rooms barely enough for one large suitcase. Very clean and comfortable beds. My only complaint was the bathtub/shower area was very slippery. My husband slipped and fell twice!! We asked for a rubber mat but front desk said they didn't have any.

Incredible and patient staff. I don't speak Japanese and they were very patient with ne. They did not make me feel burdonsome for taking up their time the way I did. The room was inviting and impecably clean. There is only a 8 minute walk to the nearest transit station and only three stops to Susikino station which has many fun bars and restaurants. I will say the hotel can be hard to find since there are a couple other Mystays hotels near the Sapporo station hotel, but that doesn't outweigh how comfortable I was at the Mystays Hotel

This hotel is just two blocks from the Sapporo station where connects to subway and trains. The JR shopping mall with lots of shops and restaurants. There is a cinema too so that there will be plenty to enjoy even on the bad weather days. The hotel staffs are friendly and helpful.

Good location, near Sapporo station. Clean with DHC amenities. Room was a little warm, opened windows in April. Relatively quiet even after opening windows. Room was smaller than a similar class of hotel nearby, had to mad squeeze to open 2 luggages.

The room was clean and the bed was comfy. However, this is the only hotel on our trip that has not provided water in the room. We also had no wifi in our room only in the lobby.
