Spacious, clean and comfortablePosted Dec 6, 2013
The hotel was great value for money. The room was large with a comfortable bed, free wifi, TV with a couple English channels, and all the extras you might need. I didn't mind, but the location is a bit of a walk from Sapporo station / Odori park area (or there's a subway station about a block away).

Hotel is located very near to subway station. Hotel price is very reasonable. Room is very huge compared to other hotel in city in japan. Recommend as a base to explore sapporo areas.

Spacious roomPosted Aug 18, 2013 on Hotels.com
I stayed there with my family. The room was quite spacious and clean. The breakfast is splendid with plenty of choice. The convenience store is on the ground floor. Susukino is just 10 minutes walk. Very convinent location. I would like to stay again if I travel to Sapporo.

Space to breathe...Posted Jan 7, 2013
Pros: Lots of space.
Cons: Terrible breakfast and breakfast set up.
Location: Near nightlife and two subway stops.
The room was extremely spacious for Japan. Nice touches like a humidifier and a space heater. The breakfast should be skipped. There are no support services from the hotel staff...they suggest that you use the internet to obtain information but they do so pleasantly.

Good all-around hotel.Posted Jul 16, 2012
The hotel met all our needs. It was clean, spacious by Japanese standards, comfortable and supplied all our needs. There was even a coin laundry facility in the building. The staff was very gracious and accommodating. Parking is available for a reasonable fee. There is the vague smell of smoke in the hallways, but our non-smoking room was fine. The location is great - very central and near Nakajima Park, which is beautiful to stroll in.

nice hotel. the breakfast isn't free, but with a discount for hotel guests. (￥1,300 vs. ￥1,800), breakfast quality was good. conveniet location, 3 subway stops from JR station, 3-5 minutes walking from subway station to hotel. the hotel has coin laundry/dryer, provides an inexpensive way to do the laundry for people on the go.

Close to Nakajima KoenPosted May 4, 2012 on Hotels.com
Hotel facilities were very good and clean. Wi-fi in lobby only although signal very good. Guest laundry a bonus after traveling for two weeks. Close to restaurants and entertainment precinct. Staff with limited English but were very pleasant and helped with enquiries about local restaurants.
