Good hotelPosted May 14, 2014
Comfortable bed and room albeit the small room size. Modern looking hotel. Good location next to car rental, subway and tram. Friendly and helpful staff. The only problem i have with is the hotel drying machine which took me 4 hrs to dry the clothes.

Very helpful staffPosted Feb 19, 2013
Pros: The staff were very helpful and the location is fairly good for the Snow Festival.
Location: Fairly good for the Snow Festival. Just beyond the western end of the Susukino district.
The staff, in general, and one woman, in particular, where extremely helpful while I was in Sapporo for the Snow Festival. She went well beyond what could be expected in helping me find my way around the city and the festival and in finding a new suitcase. She even came out to the cab to say goodbye to me. She had a lot to do with making my stay in Sapporo memorable.

Really nice hotel, near beer gardens and transitPosted Aug 6, 2012 on Hotels.com
Delightful hotel. Unusually large room by Japanese standards. Lots of electrical outlets (handy for charging devices). Very friendly and accommodating staff. Laundry on premises. Right next to streetcar line, and three blocks from subway station (which is in major commercial district with lots of shopping and restaurants). No curfew.
