Good but wifi is unavailable

Everything is OK in this hotel. Hotel is near from 'nakajima koen' subway station, and only walk for 3 minutes.But only problem is wi-fi is unavailable in this hotel.

Cons: エレベーター降りた時の臭い。
フロントスタッフが優しくて好感が持てる。 今回は北海道マラソンの前泊として利用した。(ホテル名が変わったばかりでタクシー運転手が理解してくれなかった)

Comfy Beds but (hotel) difficult to locate

Having stayed at this hotel establishment previously in 2010, was the reason we chose to stay during our vacation this May 2013. The rooms (we had booked 2 double rooms), are large and spacious and hotel is conveniently located near the subway Nakajima Koen Stn. There are 2 types of parking at this hotel, one of which is rather convenient as it is on the same premises as the hotel but the other (open air) was a distance away, which made it rather inconvenient especially during the night as the outdoor parking area was dark and it was also cold to walk back to the hotel. As stated, since we had stayed at this hotel (which was under Sincerit), we had an idea how difficult it was to locate this hotel back in 2010. Therefore, we took special note of the new hotel's telephone number to key into the GPS system. Unfortunately, the number given : 011-532-0500 - did not lead us to this hotel and we had to (from memory) key in another Hotel's contact - which was located next to Live Max and of course, we managed to "get there" and get back each time safely by using this other number. Another point to note (which we didn't) was, there is no Wi-Fi / internet available - our oversight.
