Room was spacious like western style & clean similar like
Hilton hotels. They were able to accommodate us in the same floor with my son’s room. Staffs at front desk were
friendly & were able to recommend restaurant nearby that
would accommodate 2yrs old grandson with cast in his legs.

Best service and cleanliness. However for the breakfast buffet its not impressive. I stayed for 5 nights and the food is almost the same daily.

My only negative feedback is that although I sent an email one month earlier to secure rooms next to each other as I am a single occupant with my family, the hotel did not action on it. even when I was willing to pay. this communication can be improved as the hotel said that they were full upon my request again at check in

I paid over $300.00 per night and felt like been robbed. The room is small and almost the entire hotel was occupied by tour group (probably due to the Snow Festival), I have to wait in line for an hour to get the breakfast. It was a terrible experience!

We had a great stay at the Mercure Hotel. They have an excellent location in Susukino, so there are many restaurants close by. Our package included breakfast, which was very nice. Good variety and tasty. Also has bus service to ski areas
The only negative in the hotel was that the beds were quite hard.

Great stay, they cleaned everyday for us, bc we had diapers. Breakfast was good, everyone used gloves. Staff was friendly. Room was clean and comfortable, but a little chilly at times
