Good business hotel in SarajevoPosted Nov 7, 2013
Cons: Room was overheated and aircon didn't seem to work. Various LED displays were very bright and I prefer darkness for sleeping
Helpful staff, decent food, good spa. Not too close to the tourist parts of town (old city) but good for business.

Nice hotel.Posted Oct 12, 2013
Pros: Excellent facilities. Very clean
Cons: Lower prices. Alcohol at restaurant.
Location: Not much that is very close. However, it is close to the tram that goes to the old town.
The facilities were good, although it was also rather expensive (particularly by Bosnian standards). It is not particularly close to the old town, but is close to the tram that goes there. It is rather odd that a hotel of this quality does not serve alcohol, although that is not a big issue. For those wanting alcohol, it is available nearby. Presumably, the lack of alcohol is intended to be part of its appeal to Muslim guests. Overall, it is a pretty good hotel, especially for those with rather high standards and willing to pay for them. My wife and I were very comfortable there.

Wow!!Posted Aug 22, 2013
Pros: Modern, clean, very comfortable
We stayed at 8 hotels during our Slovania/Bosnia/Croatia vacation and this was the best in many ways: Technologically modern, no swiping of room cards, just touch your room card to the reader; no more "do not disturb" hanging cards, it's electronic; select your floor before entering the elevator, etc. The room was very nice, clean and crisp linens, the most comfortable we found. Breakfast buffet was very good as well. Parking was included. However, beware that the hotel caters to Arab Muslims and servers no alcohol, in fact, it was difficult to find any alcohol in the city. If you aren't comfortable surrounded by bearded men and women covered in black burkas covering everything but the eyes, you may not be comfortable here.

Excellent international hotelPosted Jul 15, 2013
Cons: Hotel Bristol is a Shaza (UAE) hotel, so it's totally dry-but all of the restaurants/cafes were very nice and there was a small restaurant/bar nearby.
Location: Hotel Bristol is not all that near the main tourist sites, but is convenient to the main train station and it's an easy €3-5 taxi to the old town.
Hotel Bristol is a sparkling, modern hotel and a great place to stay in Sarajevo. I was not travelling for business but it was appointed to the standard of an international business hotel and I would look to stay here on future visits to Sarajevo.

A comfortable hotel for any situation.Posted Jun 13, 2013
Pros: Quiet, clean, comfortable.
Cons: Not in the center of the city.
Location: Nor central to Sarajevo, but close enough and within easy reach of the old city.
The hotel is a short distance by taxi from the old city of Sarajevo. The hotel is modern, clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful and made our stay easy. We were even upgraded to a better room. Definetely a place to visit when in Sarajevo.

Wonderful Hotel, great location!Posted May 5, 2013
Cons: Can't think of anything.
Location: The location is good. Close to everything, wonderful area to walk along the river, which is closed to auto traffic at night...plenty of eateries.
This is a great hotel...rated 4 star, but I would rate it 5 star. It is clean, with very helpful staff. We loved our stay at this hotel and will stay here again on our next trip to Sarajevo!

A superior hotelPosted Apr 12, 2013 on Hotels.com
At the time reservation, there was no twin bed room available, so I had reserved a room with a king bed. At the time of check in, the two very nice girls, Amina and Amra, noticed that I was with my son. they asked me if I wanted twin beds. They immediately ordered the housekeeping to prepare room with twin beds, and offered us a drink. In about fifteen minutes the room was ready. During that time, I was using the complimentary wifi in the lobby. Appeared to be a brand new hotel. The complimentary breakfast was also great.
