This is the largest and affordable hotel in this area, you have the access to small shopping center and the staff of the hotel are so friendly, with clean and quiet rooms.

Tv channels were poor, generic channels in Arabic and Turkish. There were few Bosnian or English channels. Room service was excellent, but hallways were noisy with guests yelling and letting children run amock. Laundry service is expensive. The area around Hotel was beautiful, and you can get any service you like within walking distance. Very nice hotel, but needs slight improvements.

Very bad treatment and I was asked to pay the price of the room even though I paid an amount with taxes from you and then they asked for 60 euros in taxes and because I was in a hurry I had to pay taxes again and with this I was delayed for an hour and they are angry with all customers And also a restaurant waiter who stole the account and did not agree to bring an invoice

Front desk staff was very slow and didn’t know what they were doing. The restaurant is the main key to this place!!! The bartenders are amazing very friendly. Food is 5 stars!

The staff, especially the third shift (security and the guy who was working as receptionist), was very friendly. I liked that rooms were clean as well as the rest of the hotel. However, I didn’t like that the hotel was not smoking free. I am pretty sure that that is the case with any other hotel in Bosnia. Hopefully, this will change with the new legislation regarding smoking that is about to take effect soon.

Great accommodation and location
Location was good - plenty of local restaurants, a mall, several thermal pools nearby. The bus and "trolley" were short walks too. The rooms were well supplied (but no hot pot for coffee/tea) and restaurants in the hotel had good food selections on the buffet. I would recommend for anyone!

This place has a lot of stuff to do in the hotel. Huge lap pool, basketball courts, pool, darts, restaurants, stores.

We chose Hotel Hollywood as one of us had stayed in it several years ago and liked the fact that it was near the tram terminus. Parking was therefore much easier than it would have been in central Sarajevo. We had a room with a river view, so could unwind before setting out sightseeing. Very comfortable room, good bathroom, fabulous breakfast the next morning surrounded by impressively tall U18 FIBA women's basketball team members from several countries, there for the European Championships. A memorable stay.

Great stay. Very bad smell throughout the property due to the near pond/lake. Hotel is clean overall. Staff is nice. No way to get ice anywhere. We were only allowed 1 glass of ice from the bar. Internet doesn't work in some of the areas of the hotel.

The check-in lobby is messy and noisy, lots of things going on. Room AC does not get cold enough and it is noisy. The bathroom fan is so loud that it sounds like jet engine. The towels are skimpy and old. The hotel requires to hold our passports upon check in which is most unusual. I have never been to any hotel in the world that requires this. This is actually very risky of losing your passports. It should be changed!

Big Hotel - Little Service
We stayed here overnight during our recent trip across Europe. The adjacent river had a sewage outfall next to the hotel, very smelly. The receptionist's were very cold and abrupt with the guests. The food menu was incorrect on it's description of the food available i.e. the Sea Food Platte did not include any Sea Food!
