Wish we would have stayed somewhere else.

Pros: Location and price were great
Cons: Almost everything about the room.
First impressions were good, but we soon noticed issues. We checked in quickly and went up to our room. Three of the lights were out, and when we called to see if an alternate room was available we were told there were no open rooms. The furnishings were worn out too. The couch and chair cushions had large rips and just seemed like they needed to be replaced a while ago. The bed was clean, but the rest leaved a lot to be desired. The bottom of the tub was discolored with what appeared to be rust. Overall, we just wish we would have stayed at another hotel.

Good location

Pros: Location, price, cleanliness
Cons: Sound deadening in the walls.
Location: Wintzells Oyster House--excellent, Ruby Tuesdays.
While the hotel would be difficult to find without a GPS, it is just off the highway, not far from Mobile. There are many restaurants within walking distance. Beds were very comfortable; room was clean. The only minor complaint was that the walls are very thin. We could hear the TV from the room next door all night!! Bring ear plugs and you will be fine!

Close to the highway and walmart

We arrived late, but the young lady at the front desk was very nice and help with directions. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. The only problem I had was working the shower in my room. Overall, it was a great experience.

So-So

Wall cracked. Lights out - not working. Either walls were thin or neighbor snored LOUD, kept me up a while. Same busted floor in Elevator as was in Nov. Little spent in up keep. Breakfast was good.

When You Find A Good Hotel, Stick With It

I do not like staying in hotels, so when I find one that is clean, comfortable and has good amenities such has breakfast included, then I stuck with that one. After multiple stays at this Country Inn and Suites, there is no anxiety or guess work. Great job!

Clean, everyone was nice, good hot breakfast. Come to Mobile for work, this is just outside. Restaurants close by.

great stay

spacious room, very great bed,and helpful check in staff. Enjoyed the stay. Room was very close to elevator but did not hear any elevator noise. furniture in room all in great shape.

A little disappointed

When we book hotels we always book Excellent or better. We have always had good luck this way. This stay was a little disappointing. For the most part the hotel seemed clean, except our room. It may simply be that the hotel needs a little bit of TLC. The chair in the room was horribly stained. We were using the hide-a-bed for our daughter and as we would expect there were no sheets on the bed, but there were none in the room to put on the bed. When we asked for some, the ones we received seemed very old and worn out. The bathtub was...just not the best. It didn't look like it had been cleaned and so my husband nor I either one took a shower during our stay. I just think that a good overhaul may be in order.
