“Pleasant Surprise!”

I had never stayed at a Microtel before this experience--and boy was it a good one. Especially for those traveling alone, the accommodations were phenomenal for the price and the rooms were spotless and gorgeous. Highly recommended for a great stay--and cheap!

“Worth the Effort”

We had some problems initially with the assigned suite. Despite having booked room at least two weeks in advance, we wound up with a handicap accessible room on the noisy side of the building, which was not configured for comfort for a family of three with an 11-year-old child. However, when problems were shared with the desk staff, they were more than happy to resolve the problem, and we wound up being assigned a quiet, comfortable suite on the other side. After this experience, we would defniitely want to return.

“Very friendly and helpful staff”

This was our first stay at a Microtel and I was very impressed. The only problem we had was that our room was non-smoking and you could smell where someone had been smoking. The staff said they had made many attempts to clean the room and remove the smell. Very convenient to get to the Alabama cruise terminal and the hotel even had a shuttle service which we found out about while we were staying there. Overall we were very pleased!

“Great value for the traveler”

We stayed here overnight and were very pleased. The rooms were very clean and new, pleasingly decorated and appointed. The breakfast was good and there was free internet in all rooms. I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling through. The location was just off the interstate with many similar hotel - If I was staying for several days I would probably pick somewhere else because of the location. But for traveling it gets my highest rating.

One of the most pleasant stays I have experienced at a hotel. Family of 5 slept comfortably, clean, quiet, great breakfast and VERY friendly staff. Not hard to find at all. I would definitely stay here again!

My only complaint was the Wifi was barely adequate. Most of the time I could not maintain a connection.
