Close to the beach

The rooms and bathrooms were clean. The only problem I had is the check-in time, which is after 3pm. Close to the beaches. Close to shopping centers and restaraunts.

Nice hotel, close drive to beach.

Pros: Quiet and close to what we needed! Lots to do in the area. Restaurant was great. Jerry is a very fabulous cook. Tell him hi when you go there. Great f
Cons: Don't know!
Location: Great area. Right on Cortez highway and this made it easy to get around. Had fun at the Red Barn Flea Market. Needed more time just for the Flea Mkt!
We enjoyed our stay here. Very nice staff and the house keeper was great (Recio)! Will stay here on our next visit. The pool was open and very cool to swim in.

Near Anna Maria Island, Florida

Posted Apr 14, 2014
Pros: Easy drive to Anna Maria Island.
Cons: It was typical of older, mid-price motels.
Location: Beach
We were looking for two reasonably price motel rooms near Anna Maria Island for an overnight stay. The Days Inn of Bradenton was adequate for our purpose, fit our budget and close was enough to our destination. There were no overnight accommodations available on the Island so we appreciated a clean room and the convenient location.

Nice hotel, but far from the beach.

Pros: Convenient place to stop on trip from Ft. Myers to Sanford. Clean and safe. Nice swimming pool,.
Cons: Include breakfast.
Go east of first street south of hotel. Drive five miles for great sea food restaurant on bay.

Good location, and fine, but a little old.

Adjacent restaurant serves quite a good and reasonably priced breakfast. About 1.5 mile walk or cab to McKechnie Field.

Chewing gum and cigarette burn holes

Posted Mar 17, 2014
There was chewing gum on the wall and a cigarette burn hole in the sheets. This hotel was okay in a pinch, but I would not recommend it.

This hotel leaves a lot to be desired.

Pros: staff, we had running water, the t.v and A/C worked.
Cons: The hotel itself, it needs to be torn down and rebuilt. the rooms are severely dated and need of tons repairs.
Location: The location is not the kind of place you would like to be.i should of spent the extra 30 bucks and used the Days inn closer to the nicer part of town
I booked this hotel a few days ago for some business meetings. I got to the hotel the front desk lady (Teresa) was really bitter at first, when i said i had booked i found out that i booked the wrong dates. Expedia fixed the problem but only added on to my already very tight budget. after that was sorted out we found out there where no rooms that we requested. (The standerd 1 king bed non smoking.) lucky for us she let us have a non smoking room the only bad part of this is it was on the second floor and was a double bed. the neighborhood was the exact definition of " seedy" to a point that during my whole two day stay i would wake up from deep sleep at the sound of cars, trucks, and people talking to check on my car. While there where a big selection of restaurants, they where all worn down.
