“Comfort Suites U. Park, Sarasota”
The hotel was nice and clean, but the staff, especially in the dining area, was unfriendly and unhelpful. I would recommend the hotel because of the cleanliness and location, but not because of the employees.

“great place to stay”
The room was beautiful and the staff was friendly. Had a slight problem with the hot tub, and the keys quit working to the room before check out the next day, but overall a great experience.

The hotel is clean,and comfortable with a nice pool and complimentary hot/cold buffet breakfast. Nice lobby with some computers available for guests use..

Great place to stay. The staff pays attention to detail. They were very receptive to my request for a first floor room since my husband (now deceased) & I had stayed there for several years in a row. Centerally located with great restaurants close by. 15 minute drive to the beach. Close to the airport. I couldn't ask for a better place to stay when in Sarasota.
“Nice Midprice Hotel”
Rooms were nice. Newly decorated since last visit. Breakfast area got to boring after a couple of days. Pool was nice for evening dip. Close to rt75 so you get to Siesta Key beach pretty quick.
“Great Stay”
Staff and location was excellent. Service was great. Only problem encountered was the renovation work that is in process. Two weeks stay was still great. Milk and cookies every night.
