I accidently left some jewelry in a drawer and, after checking out, they were able to locate it and hold it for me!! It was kept safe over night and I got all the jewelry back the following day!! Soooooo thankful!! Very trustworthy staff!!

re: license plate stolen off of my car
There are no cameras in the very dark parking lot. Someone stole my license plate off of my car overnight. The front desk was very helpful, but it is 2024 so it is not over the top to expect to have cameras in a parking lot. The carpet smelled and looked like it should be replaced. The bathroom vanity was looked pretty worn out.

"Balcony"
The "balcony room" had a "balcony" that was 15 inches wide! Barely enough room to stand if you edged in sideways

Deceiving
Resort area so very pricy. Was informed at check in that breakfast was 6-10am only to find out the following morning that breakfast was a satellite Starbucks and we all know how much that costs. Courtyard and pool area was very nice. Daughter stepped on a piece of broken glass in her room and another guest we were talking with at the pool said she found two open safety pins on the floor in their room.

The hotel is on the river walk so we walked to restaurants and bars easily. Perfect location. Staff super helpful and answered all my questions.

The property was dirty and unmanaged. Only staff that was polite was the cleaning staff as we left 🤔, maybe cause they don't clean?

Good stay
The hotel is nice, especially the lobby. The room was pretty decent. I’m getting the waterslide in the shower was a challenge as the weather was very sticky and tough to open. Also, the Wi-Fi and streaming was a challenge. Otherwise great location. Highly recommend the Riverwalk.

River Walk area has noise due to parties and driving vehicles late night and early morning. Carpet in hallways, stained. Bed was comfortable, room clean.
