Pros: The Staff, especially Jane, who fantastic!
Cons: Nothing!
Location: Great for business, close to the airport
Incredibly close to the airport but you never hear a plane. I can't fault the hotel in any way. Particular mention goes to the staff who were so friendly and helpful. I will definitely be staying here next time I travel to Sarasota.

The towels were terrible, the a/c made a rattling noise all night. My wife went to open the closet door, and the door fell off onto her..The staff was very friendly and helpful, but the quality and maintenance of the place leaves a lot to be desired.. no different than a motel where the rates are half of yours

I do apologize for the noisy a/c unit. Towels are replaced as well on a monthly basis. We have been replacing them. I hope that you will give us another try when you are in the area.

The hotel was nice and comfortable. The Internet did not work during my visit. I was on a business trip and needed to work with access to the Internet. I would have been very happy with the hotel had the Internet worked.

Customer Service was top of the line. Very helpful and friendly staff. The personnel were Extremely accomodating to me as a guest, however the room itself was not comfortable and the air conditioning unit was quite noisy, which made it difficult to sleep. I also heard the television from another room through the walls very late at night. I give it a 10 for service but a 2 for comfort.

Convenient access to colleges and airport. Free internet access at business center. Restaurant not open for lunch. Good value for the price.
