A self service hotel which tends to be overpriced

Renovation and attention to details important for this hotel management. The cleanliness of the room is by far the worst I have ever rated any hotel I have stayed in. Will probably not choose this hotel to stay again.

Room smelled stale. They had one roll away bed for the entire hotel and the front desk clerk gave us an attitude when we asked for extra blankets. I would not stay here again.

Pros: Location
Cons: Beds are a little harder than I like, but ok.
The room was clean and the front desk was very helpful with questions I had about the area. Close to many different resturants within walking distance.

Breaktast is excellent. Fitness center is only cardio though no weights and the water station wAs empty.

Sara, Jason, and Joe at front desk were amazing.

Pros: Considering the price and location, we fully enjoyed our stay. Everything was excellent!
Cons: The keys weren't working, and we needed them fixed very often. The nightime technician that made and tested the keys was great!
Location: There are are several nice beaches nearby that have beautiful sunsets. Having stores and nice restaurants nearby was very convenient.
Location was great because beaches and stores were close by. Breakfast was delicious. The beds were comfortable.

Ok hotel for the money

Upgrade to suite but overall not very comfortable room. We had a great view of the parking lot. We used the stairs from the lobby to the 2nd floor, they were never vacuumed during our stay, I could tell by the food crumbs that were never vacuumed up. The whole place needs a renovation

Nice Hotel, but it's time for some updates.

Pros: Good location, clean, well maintained, good and friendly staff. Great pool and whirlpool although the whirlpool needs to be resurfaced inside.
Cons: The whirlpool needs to be resurfaced but the pool is in pretty good shape. The suites should all have shower doors installed rather than curtains.
Location: The beach is 5 minutes away, you're centrally located so everything is close, shopping, beaches, attractions you name it and it'll be close by.
Its a nice clean and quiet hotel, but it needs some updates. The whirlpool badly needs resurfacing big time! The pool is not in bad shape though. We enjoyed our stay but suggested that the breakfast attendant get help as he could not keep up with replenishing the food quickly enough, and stated that he ran out of items like bread and milk, REALLY! Hard to believe. Also suggested a suggestion box at the hotel for quicker knowledge to the General Manager so that it could be taken care of in a more timely matter.
