Pros: Staff was very pleasant. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Hotel was quiet.
Cons: The 3rd floor hallways had a very unpleasant, moldy smell. The stairwells smelled worse. However, the smell was not in the hotel room.

Tried to give our room to someone else after we already checked in. Room smelled like mildew. Carpet was wet. My husband and I wore shoes around the room.

Location: Stores and beach
Hotel very noisy . They book a lot of groups that attend the IMG, so a lot of youths running the halls. Not good.

Nice Hotel Close to Beach

Pros: Close to the beach
Although we only stayed for one night, our stay was nice, and comfortable. Our only disappointment was that the hot tub was way too hot to enjoy. We could only out our ankles in!

Nice hotel close to beach and Pirates spring train

Very nice stay. Only compliant is that we requested a rollaway when reservation was made through Expedia. We didn't know the hotel does have rollaways. When questioned they did find one but the mattress was horrible.

Fairly Old Hotel with Redyced Amenities

Pros: The staff was great and the included breakfast was good.
Cons: The motel is old and needs to be revamped. The need to add a mini refrigerator and microwave.
The motel staff was great. The included breakfast was appropriate. The parking lot had poor lighting. The motel room did not have a microwave or mini refrigerator. The room was clean. The TV reception was not great with frequent momentary loss of sound and/or picture. Basically it was a "Motel 6" at the price of a Holiday Inn Express. It was the worst Holiday Inn Express that I have stayed in.

Pros: Location. Close to IMG
Staff was very helpful. When we asked to move room (from King to 2 Queen ) front desk was very accommodating and did their best to help. Printer in the lobby was not printing, when we told front desk immediately they offered to use the printer behind their counter in order to print boarding passes.
