toilet seat broken. Keys for entire Hotel were not working on checking in. Desk clerk had to open door. Parking cost which is ridiculous for this kind of facility. Safe in room was not functioning. Would never stay here again. Was visiting for Spring Training. Breakfast was good however.

Nice hotel with friendly staff. Our room didn’t get cleaned 2 days in a row & we had to go looking for someone to clean & empty trash. Our phone never worked either even after we told the front desk

Save the disappointment and spent more elsewhere
Rough. Lowest quality Holiday Inn Express I’ve ever been in. Staff was nice, old building that has either a) tried to be updated and poorly done or b) never attempted. Water damage in the bathroom ceilings, rusty … everything, only one working elevator when a baseball tournament team was there causing a lot of delays, overall I would skip this and go somewhere else next time

The room felt damp when we first got there so we had to turn the AC off to be comfortable. My grand daughter enjoyed the pool. The hallway on the first floor had plastic taped to the walls with blue tape.

Not worth it
This hotel looks great from the outside but the inside is another matter. Our room was on the 3rd floor and only 1 elevator worked so had to wait a lot. The shower in the room did not have a proper curtain and water got all over the floor. They sent a maintenance person who was not in a uniform just some puma pants and a T-shirt no name tag to come look at the shower. We asked for more towels at 430 pm to clean up the water but they didn’t have any and we had to wait until 930 when we got back to get more to clean the puddle up. Overall this was not up to Holiday Inn standards.

The hotel is a little dated but quiet. Main complaint, one of the 2 elevators did not work, was that way axtearcago when we stayed. The hotel elevator inspection certificate was out of date since 8/2023

When basic turns substandard!
I think basic is the best word to describe this property… While reception is friendly enough upon checking in, once in my room, it took over an hour to get somebody at the front desk to answer the phone… When I asked if a few more hangers could be provided. I received a call back letting me know “no we are so sorry there aren’t any.” After unpacking as I began to iron a garment, I realized there was a disgusting red crud on the iron itself, and I nearly ruined my shirt… Three days later I was still waiting for that iron to be replaced after I personally brought it to the reception desk… The devil is in the details, and not having three or four extra hangers, or a functional iron in the room is a dealbreaker for me… Basic need not mean substandard.

We were only for one night and although the room is well equipped, it has a microwave, fridge and coffee maker, a remodeled bathroom with good light, comfortable beds, the perfect location because it is close to one of the best beaches in the USA (Siesta Beach) we found a meal in the fridge, we assume it was from the previous guests or who knows since when it was there, the dirty bathroom, the super dirty sink, the shower with mold on the walls, the problem is not the infrastructure because in In general, everything looks maintained, the room looked remodeled and modern, the problem is with the cleaning staff and supervision, the hotel cannot have a room for new guests when it has not been thoroughly checked, that is not the business of selling lodging, it is the perfect formula for how to lose a business in that branch, we will definitely not return.

Very pleasant, comfortable stay. It was close enough to where we wanted to be at a decent price. The bed and room was comfortable and clean. The hotel staff was nice and helpful. The hot breakfast offered was good. We would definitely stay again.
