“The worst hotel I ever stayed”

The hotel is located in a bad neighborhood, with people standing outside looking at you like something is going to happen. Bad maintained hotel and dirty rooms. We had two rooms for two nights. We came late Saturday, so we could not move to another place. We slept the night and went to a friend’s house for the other night. WE preferred to forfeit the night rather than stay there one more night. Saty away from this hotel.

“Not impressed”

Dusy all over the room Room needed to be vaccum again. Tub and shower curtins were filithy.

My friend and I were looking for a relatively inexpensive hotel to stay at in the Sarasota area. We were happy to find this one, because it allowed us to stay in FL for 6 days, instead of staying at a more expensive hotel for only 4 or 5 days. The location was convenient. It's defnitely not the newest hotel, it could defnitely use some upgrades, but we found our room to be clean and the beds comfortable. We were happy with our stay, it was basically someplace to crash after long days at the beach. The staff seemed helpful. Overall, it was a decent stay.

“Don't go there”

The motel was in a horrible area of town. I walked in the room and immediatley did not feel safe. I left before I even put oiur bags down. The room was gross and smelled like hookers. The door had feet prints on it. I would never stay there that day or go back.

“Marginal hotel”

Definitely past its prime. However, conveniently located.

“Yuck!”

The shower was very dirty. Soap scum

“Never Again”

shower control did not work, TV remote control missing - exterior of hotel filthy... finally, when I had to check out early due to family emergency, hotel owner refused Expedia's request that I be refunded for the last night's stay. Would never stay at this hotel nor would I recommend to my associates.

“Just Okay”

I stayed at this hotel for about a week. Before going I wanted to cancel because I was concerned about being too far away from Sarasota. They don't refund even if you notify weeks in advance. So if you reserve with them you either go or lose your money. It turned out that I didn't have any problems with the location anyway. The hotel was okay. The blankets were a rather hard, not nice and fluffy. They weren't dirty - just the material was hard and it felt like they didn't use any fabric softener. They need to get new blankets. They had a washer and dryer outside for guests to use - the machines were ancient they didn't get the clothes that clean but thankfully didn't do any permanent damage. I wouldn't recommend the laundry. The rooms need to be remodeled. There was a repair done to the wall that didn't look that well done- cosmetically. Showers worked - good pressure, hot water. No real problems with plumbing. Hotel did have pool that afforded some privacy. I didn't use or notice anyone else using it. It was early spring and I didn't hang around the hotel that much. There were two patios with chairs and tables which we did use and it was nice. No problems with AC or heat. They had cereal and pastries available for breakfast. Refridgerator worked good, microwave and iron were available but I didn't use either. TV worked good no problems with remote. It was a good hotel for its price.

“Noisy AC”

Room was billed as a non-smoking room but all the other non-smoking rooms had a sign on the door - this one didn't and had cigerette burns on the TV, toilet seat and dresser. The AC was very noisy and made sleeping difficult at best. Wi-Fi was not working when I was there.
