“Very clean & convenient”
This motel is small, but very clean and definitely convenient to getting around Venice. The price is definitely great, and the managers were very friendly and personable. We plan on making this our place to stay any time we come to Venice (my wife & I both graduated from Venice High). AP
“bathroom too small”
Very clean, great location for shopping and resturants. Rooms are very limited in size, especially the bathroom. Very small. Travelled with pets and it is pet friendly.

The room had no dresser and the bathroom was very small.
“Venice beach”
We really enjoyed staying in this small hotel. Great location a few blocks from downtown and a short drive to the beach. A bit outdated in decor but a wonderful value for the money, great after a day at the beach. Bathroom very small but perfectly functional. My only complaint would be the window air conditioning unit was noisy at night. Very family friendly, we traveled with our 20 mo old boy and it worked out quite well. Very charming rooms with nice outdoor seating area in front of each room. Nice pool and barbecue area. Within easy walking distance to downtown Venice and Miami Ave, makes a nice walk if you take the smaller roads behind the hotel, lovely neighborhood. We'll definetly stay here again.
“Hotel and grounds were very clean”
Room was small. Bathroom was small. Bed was terrible.
