Pros: spacious rooms, refrigerator and microwave in room
Cons: no ice machine on floor, need more variety for breakfast
Location: excellent, close to gulf beaches
Spacious rooms, very clean, convenient, having a refrigerator and microwave in room excellent especially if you have a family. Great front desk service.

Nice hotel close to Performing Arts Center.

Pros: Convenient location and excellent room.
Location: Went to concert at performing arts center where Celtic Woman performed. Excellent show.
The stay at the hotel was very pleasant -- front desk personnel very friendly; room was very clean and comfortable.

Perfect Place To Stay In Sarasota

Pros: Our room was our favorite
Cons: Can't Think of one thing.
Location: Perfect for What we wanted.
As you enter the hotel, the ambiance, cleanness and the service was outstanding. Quick check-in service. Once in our room, it was as clean and presentable as the lobby. Very roomy and inviting. Would recommend to anyone traveling to Sarasota.

Not an area you want to walk at night

Convenient location to head up to Anna Maria and south to Siesta Key. Neighborhood is a bit rough. Very nice breakfast, make your own waffles, other variety of things. There were a few mornings that I was the only one not speaking Spanish in the breakfast area.

Location: Location is great. Can reach the beaches or shopping within minutes
We have stayed at this pet friendly hotel several times and have always been pleased with the friendliness of their staff and the cleanliness of the rooms. The beds are the most comfortable I have ever slept on in a hotel. Breakfast in the morning has a wide variety to please everyones palate.

Nice staff and good location to the center of town and beaches. Would benefit from a more local restaurant but nonetheless I would certainly stay there again; great price!

In spite of reviews which talked about dirt, etc. my 4 night stay in Room 217 was excellent, the bed was comfortable, and it was very clean. I'd stay there again on a return trip. Location was only a few minutes from downtown - certainly not as far out as the airport. Nice to have a Subway right next door too.

This is a pretty basic hotel, which was all I needed. Very convenient to downtown Sarasota and to Ed Smith Stadium, spring training home of the Baltimore Orioles. The complimentary breakfast is ok. My only complaint is that the coffee is awful.
