Nice budget friendly hotel. Some features need updating but that wouldn’t stop us from coming back. Room floors aren’t the cleanest. Beds, sheets, and pillows were super comfortable. Didn’t use the pool but it looked to be clean.

This is an old property and our room was very small; tight for 3 adults. It didn't have high stars, but that doesn't always mean anything. This time it did. It was dirty/stained in all the nooks and crannies and showed it's age across the board. This is a place to stay only if you're not wanting to spend gazillions closer to Sarasota. The staff, however, was very pleasant. I'll give them their due.

When you go into your room it looks clean. As soon as you take your shoes off and walk on the floor, your socks get black, your bare feet get black. They must NEVER MOP THE FLOOR. Bathroom was Okay but could have been cleaner. The breakfast was barely Ok. Eggs and sausage didn’t taste done. I would Never recommend this Hotel or Ever Stay here again for the price I paid. $239.00 1st night and $179.00 second night during spring break. Very overpriced for what you get

It was an older motel and was sandwiched in between two newer hotels which I could have stayed in for only $20.00 in a much newer more modern hotel. Nothing against anyone at the motel, it’s just an older property.

The bed was comfortable. Room and property is run down. Bathroom had a chemical fowl smell permeating into the bedroom so we kept the door closed. Our room appeared clean but somehow, being inside the room irritated my allergies. The incessant sneezing and runny nose slowed down when we left. Perhaps it was the air quality or the linens needed to be replaced because the surfaces appeared clean. I stayed here for business and upon leaving i find a extra $150 charge in my account. So i called and they are falsely accusing me and the people i stayed with of smoking in the room. These are false allegations and the staff member when i was on the phone with them blatantly disrespected me and hung up in my face saying they dont care what i have to say what they say is true. I dont even smoke and do not allow people to smoke in places that will cause a problem. It was plenty of people outside smoking cigarettes and if they walked back into their room and the room smelled like smoke they will say you smoked in the room. These are false allegations and im not happy with this at all.

The beds are excellent, like new, comfy, clean.Morning coffee and waffles great at the free breakfast. The rooms were kept clean. I didn't like the busy road with fast moving traffic out front.

This property is centrally located between sarasota and bradenton. The room was clean with very comfortable beds. Breakfast was ok. We will stay again when in the area.
