The best staff was Bruce and Miriam, the worst was Jen at check in. The staff at the tiki bar was only okay, food prices were high for what they had. Pool was great and rooms were very nice and clean. The public bathrooms need attention.

The facility is in desperate need of updating. Yeo could see outside between the door and the doorframe, the shower didn't drain properly and a host of other issues. The grounds were beautiful but not much good to say about the room.

It was near where I needed to be. The only issue we had was it was so close to highway so there was a lot of traffic noise.

This property is old and dilapidated. We were booked for 2 nights, and left after 1. The hotel is on a busy street and they have no impact windows, so the noise was so loud I couldn’t sleep. Be aware, there is NO elevator, so you may have to drag your luggage upstairs. The bed creaked and there was no hot water. With all this, they charged over $300 per night. We left and stayed a few doors down at a lovely new hotel Kompose, for less. I wish I had found it when first searching.

The bathroom was totally rough, tub alittle slippery, had to hold down the handle to flush the toilet, maid service was in need of alot of improvement, bottom sheet elastic was stretched to point that had to reattach it to mattress many times.

The marina was awesome ! The property need polish and with some effort I believe the properties 3 star rating could be raised to 4 stars. Work on the landscape and hide the trash bins between buildings 2 & 3 .

Horrible facility, if these are the conditions after being remodeled I wouldn’t have wanted to see before. Floor boards and door molding rotting, kitchen cabinets missing door and terrible housekeeping. I would not return nor recommend.

The facility is easy to find with plenty of parking. Had live entertainment and a really nice outdoor bar with pretty good food. Staff was friendly and helpful. Lost electricity one night and had us in a different room within the hour. Little drive to beaches, but not bad. Clean and quiet.

Easy access to the surrounding area. Tiki bar on property was fun. Staff were friendly & helpful. Close to airport so expect airplane noise. Our room had a jetted tub that was almost too high to step into but apparently the step stool had been removed. Need a car to get to most places.

What a wonderful little place. Fantastic service from Candy and staff. Amazing view. Very clean. Love the daily maid service to make sure we are taken care of. They went the extra mile.

The rooms seem dark, old and tired. Moldy smell. Not close enough to Sarasota downtown or beaches. The bed however was really comfortable.
