Not as pictured! I was in shock upon arrival. This place doesn’t look anything like the pictures on the website. I found two bed bugs in my bed as soon as I pulled the covers back. The floors are gross in the suites, had to wear shoes at all times. The toilet stopped working 2 different times during our 2 day stay. Our bedroom and living area windows look directly into the Big Tiki Lounge. Be very careful when booking your room. If you book a suite, there is a disclaimer that notes these rooms are located “near” The Big Tiki Lounge. However, they are literally inside the bar. Not ideal whatsoever. It is very loud and says online that it closes at 9pm, however ppl stayed at the bar much later and music was still being played. Parking is a big issue. There were no spots left so we called the front desk and the manager had to move his car so we could take his spot. Very nice of him but that should not need to happen. Please do not waste your money. Truly don’t know how this place has 4 stars. We ended up leaving a day early because we were so unhappy. They only refunded us the resort fee. The only positive thing I have to say was that Owen at the front desk was very nice. I cannot speak on how the rest of the rooms are across the street, but if you are looking at rooms located in the lobby building/Big Tiki Lounge, just forget it!
