Hotel staff very friendly and helpful.

Staff very friendly and helpful! The beds were like heaven and the oversized tub took away the pains of camping 3 days in Big Sur with no real campspot/side of the road style camping. The morning air was scented with oak and a hint of morning dew. Very nice hotel in deed!

A charming inn in a small town near Silicon Valley

Posted Sep 26, 2013
Pros: The Inn is set back from the street and is surrounded by beautiful trees. It is a sweet little inn in a small, quaint town.
Cons: The bathroom is a little dated but very clean -- which is all that really matters!
I was in Saratoga for a surprise birthday party and did not want to drive back to the East Bay late at night. I have stayed at the Inn before and found it charming and welcoming. It is well-located for a nice overnight stay -- near Silicon Valley but in a quiet, beautifully wooded setting.

Nice little escape

We spent a night in Saratoga to get away from the kids. The hotel has a nice view of the creek, the rooms are big and comfortable. The wine & cheese spread at check-in was ok.

Nice quiet area with park. It's still downtown but away from noise. Rooms are very comfortable and updated. Lovely sitting area for wine tasting every night.

Great Place

Posted Oct 27, 2009
I recently stayed at the Inn at Saratoga for four days. I was pleasantly surprised with the staff and their willingness to accommodate hotel guest if possible. I had requested a room on the fourth floor close to the parking lot and upon my arrival;I was told that I had a room as requested. I would not hesitate to stay at the Inn again. The cost of staying at the Inn is a little high, but worth the cost. Upon my departure at 3:00am the lady at the front desk asked if I had some time she would make me some coffee. I don't know of any hotel that would have thought of doing this for a guest. I would recommend the Inn to anyone looking for a great place to stay.
