Paid for a room with a balcony but did not get a room with a balcony. Tub had some gunk oozing from it. Body wash in shower was pumping out soap with rusted bits in it bc the dispenser was rusted.

What a quaint hotel, with comfortable beds, beautiful decor and serene surroundings. This is now our hotel of choice anytime we are needing accommodations in the area. We loved our stay.

Nice clean room. Gorgeous view of the creek from our room and we could hear the water while in bed. Good drinks downstairs for happy hour. Would stay again

Staff great, no real food service available except do it yourself zero stars breakfast. Contorted first floor entrance and confused access to a second entrance that could only be used as an exit - lyft and uber drivers always appeared at wrong entrance.

Great overnight stop.
Lovely room, nice location, friendly staff. And a reasonable price. There’s a bar and deck and breakfast area- none of which we used but it looks pretty. Room was beautiful- spacious and well appointed, great beds. Loved the little balcony over a creek.

Lovely and Well-Appointed
The room was lovely, clean, and well-appointed. The balcony and windows overlooked a lovely wooded area with a creek. Very serene. Nice to have coffee on the balcony with that charming view. I requested additional towels, wine glasses and coffee at the front desk and the service was very prompt. I would definitely stay here again.

It’s the only place to stay in Saratoga, and even still, they take good care of their guests. I’m pretty sure when I stayed there (on a Tuesday), I was one of many people attending a concert at The Mountain Winery. The location was cute, conveniently located, and there was free parking. I also love the 4th floor walkway that leads right to downtown Saratoga. The staff were friendly. My room was ready early. It was clean, and it had a lovely view of the trees and creek. It was quiet. The staff were friendly. My only wish is that they do better with respect to breakfast. The $21 “buffet” was basically just fruit, bagels, and cold cuts. Disappointing.

The location was nice next to restaurants and a park. We were given the worst room there. It was the ADA room next to the reception and elevator. Very noisy! We requested to change and they said they were sold out for both nights which seemed like a lie based on the lack of people around.

A beautiful setting and hotel... And I kind of expected more. Room was very nice and loved the veranda area and the staff did have a quiet room as we had requested. We had issues with the AC, which was putting out warm air in the evening. I'm not a techy so it could have just been a setting issue; the staff didn't know how to control the settings either and there was no others on staff who could take a look at it. They did kindly bring us in a small room fan.

The room was clean & nice except breakfasts. $21 for buffet but not worth it so we’ve ordered an avocado toast & a breakfast croissant sandwich which were not good & $8 each. There was no eggs just avocados on a piece toast & a small size croissant(not regular crescent like) with fried egg & tiny Brie cheese slices were not enough for anyone so we ended up getting breakfast sandwich from a cafe near by called big basin cafe & it was very good. The hotel server Mexican lady was very sweet but it was total waste of our time when I was trying to make my daughter get ready for her golf tournament. The room had a nice view with balcony & lovely amenities. Front desk guys were friendly but a lady in the morning seemed snobbish. They don’t have a bell boy so you have to use their cart to move luggages. At least no one offered a help to us. I’ve been to many 5stars hotels but it’s the people working there makes the difference. Holding the door when we bring in the cart full of stuffs like that would have been a nice gesture or say good morning in the morning first. Only a guy working in the morning was friendly & I didn’t feel that from the other 2. Bummer.

Great stay!
Great stay! The room was beautiful! We had a king room with balcony overlooking the creek. Spacious room, comfortable beds, great bathroom! There was an extra sink outside the bathroom that was a nice perk. Staff was nice! Location was great for our plans in Los Gatos and hiking Big Basin.

Loved our stay here ! View was great! Loved the restaurants nearby that are all walking distance. Hotel and everything was well maintained. The only complaint I had was the loud noise coming from a nearby park. There were people playing volley ball for a few hours on our first day but second day no noise .

I arrived after 7 hours of travel from NYC and had one hour to rest before meeting family, but a leaf blower was being used outside. I flagged staff down to stop but was ignored. So, I went to the front desk to address the noise, but the manager told me they were entitled to clean. I was really rattled from the long trip and then the noise and could not believe how I was spoken to. Then when I got back later that night, my room door was the only door on the 4th floor covered with gnats. Staff came and wiped the bugs away with wet towels, but the bugs returned about 15 min later drawn by the light right above the door. I then went to a store to buy bug repellant to spray on the door. Turning off the light above the door would have also really helped, but staff did not provide any more help with the bugs on my door during my 2-night stay. The Inn at Saratoga is a pretty place, but staff doesn't understand how to provide service at a luxury hotel because I should not have to explain why I don't want a loud leaf blower used 15 min after I arrive or how it would have been so easy to turn the light off above my room door to reduce the bug issue. Many other lights above the room doors were off, so that would have helped a lot. I was extremely uncomfortable with how I was treated there. The leaf blower use right after I arrived and then the bugs all over my door really ruined my stay. I can provide videos of the bugs all over the door. Very disappointed.
