Crack Den?Posted Oct 1, 2013 on Hotels.com
Do NOT stay here. Sleep in your car if you can. Seriously. I made the mistake of staying here because I was in town during a very busy event and there was nothing else and it was cold outside. The front of the motel is full-time residents. The rear of the property is a little village of mini crackhouses. There were NO curtains on either window. Upon arrival the floor of the bathroom and part of the wood laminate floor was soaking wet. Dust, dirt, hair and crumbs covered the dry part of the floor. Bathroom sink did not have running water. Toilet seat was placed on the toilet but not attached. Thick black mold was growing on 2/3 of the bathroom. Had to shut the door at night because of the smell. Electrical outlets did NOT have covers. Mattress was stained with rust-type marks all over. There was no top sheet only one to lay on and then a bedspread. (Had my own linens thank God) No phone, remote, soap, nothing. Fridge was loud and smelled rotten. No bedside table of any kind. No table, dresser or furniture whatsoever. There was no surface to set your phone on. IT IS NOT 2 MILES FROM SPACC - IT IS ABOUT 15-20 MINUTES EVEN WITH NO TRAFFIC.

SmellyPosted Sep 3, 2013
Pros: There was nothing to like
Cons: The overall room needs to be updated.
Location: Saratoga Springs is a lovely place to visit. Lots of window shopping and small resturants
Opened door to strange odor. No electrical outlets in bathroom. Tv had black "spots" on screen. Three pillows for two queen size beds.

I did not stay when i arrived and noticed iwas no an old motor lodge that was not in good condition. Over grown plants and grass office very old 70's and cluttered. I walked around back to find someone a man came out then found another gentleman.the man said I was not able to check in until 3. I left with the intention of not coming back. I went into town and found another hotel to stay at that was clean. I would not recommend this to anyone!

Down and Out in SaratogaPosted Aug 12, 2013
Pros: Parking in front of the room
Location: Saratoga Springs is incredible in summer: racing at oldest track in America, Philadelphia Symphony polo, theater, great shopping, historic houses.
It is hard to understand how Expedia, which we have used for over 15 years almost exclusively for travel, would have this motel on their list oif motel choices. Granted, the reviews were pretty bad, but nothing prepared us for the experience we had. No; room service on our four day stay except on the last day when the beds were made, with the same sheets, of course (that were used when we checked in). The bed post was broken, shower worked partially, water was turned off on the toilet (it leaked when turned on), bugs were found in the bathroom and living room, bathroom sink was a gerrymandered bowl with loose spigot that you had to hold as you turned on the water (the original sink had the handles removed and was unusable), rug in the living room was badly soiled, living room table lamp shorted in and out. I could go on, but it's enough to say that EXP should check out its listings and save good customers the agony of staying (since the four days were booked ahead and we could not leave) at places like this.

Beautiful Suite - Would like to have stayed longerPosted Jul 1, 2013 on Hotels.com
The room was beautiful, oversized and comfortable. The only drawback was that many of the back cabins were under construction so there was some noise and alot of construction debris around. THat didnt bother us tho considering that they are making inprovements to their property. Very helpful staff as well. Wish there was a pool also. Would return!

place needs a LOT of work: inside the rooms and outside; not worth even the lowest rates in the area; potential safety issues with securing room from the inside; no phones. no wake-up call ability unless you give them your cell; not enough parking spaces for number of rooms
