Don't normally spend so much on hotel rooms, but the large room with unexpected mini fridge and microwave, soft sheets, a quality TV, and array of toiletries were worth it. Only downsides were packed parking near the lobby (parked behind bldg and walked all the way around to the front for check in, rather than leave my car blocking the small drop-off loop in front), slightly stiff towels, and lack of free breakfast buffet.

Location: Race track casino lots of restaurants and shops
Nice hotel, indoor pool and jacuzzi, centrally located, rooms were clean and big.

We came in town for a wedding which started at check in time. They worked really hard to allow early check in which made it easier for us to get to the wedding in plenty of time. They were so helpful.

Staff was great, facility just so so.

Pros: Brand
Location: The state park near by was great for fresh air and the Nat'l Museum of Dance is close too. Walking downtown was fun, lots of good restaurants.
Staff always greeted us with a smile and were great with knowledge of the area. The room was clean except for a big stain on the rug. The spa was broken and pool water cold which was a bummer. Breakfast was good but costs $11. Having the "pantry" on site was convenient. I could stay there again, it wasn't bad just was average.

Great experience on work trip

I recently stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn for one night while traveling for work. The staff was exceptional. Every person I talked to was very friendly and welcoming. I ate dinner and breakfast at the hotel, both meals were delicious. The room was comfortable, a standard hotel room. I would definitely recommend staying there.

Fall get away

Pros: Cleanliness, service, location
Cons: Bed could have been a bit more to my taste but impeccably clean.
Location: Roosevelt Baths for a spa day, numerous restaurants to choose from, near the highway, close to so many things to do.
I have stayed in Saratoga Springs many times however this is the first time I have stated at this hotel. Staff were welcoming, the rooms were clean, fairly comfortable furniture. Rooms were stocked with a one cup Keurig which was great for two people sharing a room with different tastes. I would definitely consider staying there again.

Not worth the money

Room service was slow and forgot to make our room. There was not enough parking and we had to park off grounds.
