Everything was perfect including the location. Hot breakfast was delicious and I do think the bed may have been the most comfortable bed ever!!

lovely stay!

would stay there again, but next time i will request a stepladder to get into their tall and comfy beds!! much better than 'corporate'-type hotels, intimate and cozy. nicely and conveniently located, across the street almost from Mrs London's restaurant. our room in the back was nice and quiet. have their own parking lot and a nearby free parking garage. friendly folk too!

Just Perfect!

The hotel is impeccably clean. The service was attentive and personal. The breakfast in the morning is wonderful! Not your usual yogurt and dry cereal. We had blueberry pancakes and bacon and wonderful fruit. The rooms are beautifully decorated. We were so pleased with everything about the Saratoga Arms.

Saratoga Arms

It was marvelous. I'd go higher than 5 if I could -- especially for the kindness, generosity and competence of the people who work there.

The Saratoga Arms is a charming inn located in a very convenient location right in the middle of town, on the main shopping street of Saratoga Springs. The inn is very well maintained with period furnishings and is extremely clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our complimentary bottles of spring water. I highly recommend a visit.

Charming Saratoga Hotel

Posted Mar 17, 2013
Pros: Pristine cleanliness and attention to period detail.
Cons: Only breakfast served in the spacious dining room.
Location: Saratoga Springs, so much to do! Racetrack, museums, theatre, great shopping, mineral baths.
This is a charming hotel, recently renovated with great attention to detail. Public and private rooms are pristine. Bedrooms are spacious, with full bathroom amenities. Full breakfast is included. Only drawback, no other meals are served. Many fine restaurants are within easy walking distance, however. Staff is very friendly and accommodating.

Perfect spot

Posted Dec 3, 2012
Pros: Towels and robes were wonderful.
Cons: More parking would be helpful
Location: Perfect location to town and night life!!
I had no idea what to expect, but was so pleasantly surprised. The staff was exceptional - friendly and helpful. The room was beautiful and clean. One touch I loved was the inclusion of a black facecloth with the word "makeup" embroidered on the cloth. What a great idea - no reminders of the makeup you remove on the black facecloth. Great location.

Great weekend get-away in New England

Posted Sep 20, 2012
The hotel and staff are wonderful. It has boutique hotel charm but is large enough to offer the amenities of a larger facility. We had a king room in the newer addition and it was spacious, immaculate, and comfortable. The hotel is centrally located. We found it easy walks to both Skidmore and the race track as well as all the dining places on Broadway. It would be a great stop for race season, college tours, or leaf peeping.
