Relaxed place to watch the world go byPosted May 21, 2015
Pros: Friendliness of staff, large size of room, complimentary water and snacks, comfortable robes.
Cons: The only down side is that this hotel does not have its own parking lot. I would guess that parking could be a problem in season!
Location: Saratoga Springs is a delightful place to visit at any time of year. Loved that there is now a movie theater right in town!
We enjoyed the central location of Saratoga Arms. It was close to everything. We spent a pleasant afternoon sitting on the porch and people watching. Another great part (among many) was the range of choices at breakfast. From simple to super fancy, there was something for everyone. This is truly a bed and breakfast (not hotel) and excels at being just that. We will be back, for sure.

Great night in SaratogaPosted Apr 11, 2015
Looking for charm and a non chain experience? This is the place. Quirky and fun- it was like staying in a hotel in Europe. Staff was lovely and accommodating. If my daughter goes to Skidmore will def be back!

Weekend GetawayPosted Feb 23, 2015
Pros: Atmosphere and location
Location: Plenty of shopping and dining within walking distance
We needed a weekend away and choose Saratoga Arms. The hotel exceeded our high expectations. The staff and facility were great. The location allowed us to walk to everything in downtown Saratoga Springs with ease. We will definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Boutique Hotel in the heart of townPosted Dec 19, 2014
Pros: The location, the building, the rooms and their comfort, the front desk attendants were all genuinely nice and helpful. The breakfasts were great too!
Cons: The staff walks around talking in a loud voice as if it was their home, which is endearing on one hand but can be annoying sometimes too.
Location: It is in the heart of downtown Saratoga Springs. Plenty of fun shops to visit, great restaurants.
The hotel is beautiful and elegant, the rooms comfortable and updated with great amenities, the staff helpful and accommodating. We had a wonderful stay and have already started to recommend it to friends and family.

Quaint HotelPosted Nov 30, 2014
Nice hotel completely updated with modern appliances but done in turn of the Century mode. Excellent stay. Vanilla pancakes for breakfast were the best.

Excellent final day in SaratogaPosted Oct 26, 2014 on Hotels.com
We stayed here in the October during the week, so the town seemed very quiet, but the quality of the Saratoga Arms shone through. An Introduction email with details of where free parking could be found, step free access into an old colonial building. Friendly staff both at the front desk and during the great breakfast with many options. We had a very large comfy bed, and would definitely recommend this to others.

Spent one night in room 306.Posted Oct 25, 2014
Room newly redecorated (oct. 2014) in bold blue stripes on one wall. Not for a traditionalist but pretty in its way. Two full bathrooms in room with one king bed. Windows face a house across the street. Excellent breakfast included in room rate but for amazing pastries/baked goods, go to Mrs. London's up the block. Nice in-town location.

Smart hotelPosted Jul 5, 2014 on Hotels.com
High quality and a little pricey but it's in a smart Upstate New York town so I guess that comes with the territory.
