Great LocationPosted Aug 14, 2013 on Hotels.com
Common areas look like they have been updated recently but the rooms and elevators could use some work. The great location (walking distance to town) make up for this.

Convenient locationPosted Aug 12, 2013
Pros: Clean. Good breakfast menu.
Location: Close to center of village.
Parking arrangements are difficult requiring use or room key to enter and exit. Not enough handicapped parking spaces.

interior hallway etc. were a little worn ( tired).Posted Aug 11, 2013
Pros: proximity to downtown Saratoga Springs (Broadway St.) is excellent
Cons: new interior finish, better personal in restuarant
over all good, do not recommend restaurant-bar, car-limo service to track an added bonus.

Great location, though overpricedPosted Aug 6, 2013 on Hotels.com
The hotel in a great location, and was very clean, and the staff was very helpful and friendly. That being said, it's still not worth $400+ a night.

Alex at the reception desk was great. A big help getting us in early after a long drive!

Were there on inauguration night for the race. Really convenient in terms of location and parking. Excellent bed, pillows. But: pricey, even for a Hilton, & breakfast not included.

Way over priced...Posted Jul 28, 2013
Below par service and quality for the cost! Yes all hotels in region are pricey during track season but I have over paid at others and felt more satisfaction

Based on the price and Hilton reputation, we were extremely disapponted in our overnight stay. The structure of the hotel itself appeared to be dated and not well maintained. Although at first glance it is aesthetically pleasing,he inside of our hotel room was filthy, from the damp carpets to the window treatments. The front desk staff was not helful at all, both porters were very unprofessional. The nicest staff members were the valet attendents. We visit Saratoga several times a year, and will NEVER stay at this Hilton again!
