The hotel itself is very nice with elegant rooms and an excellent view. Speak perfect English and made us feel very comfortable. The park is pricey but definitely worth checking out. How often do you go to a Dutch theme park in japan?

The hotel is clean and staff is polite, but DO NOT compare it to anything you would be used to in the United States or any other western "nice" hotel. If you're used to Belagio in Las Vegas, this would be more like Circus Circus. Room is very small, bed is quite hard, air conditioning is lackluster, desk is tiny and cramped, and internet connection is shoddy. Staff doesn't speak much English, but I don't hold that against them.
