The room was great but trying to get into the parking lot was a pain and they didnt clean the snow .

Hello CherylWe apologize you had a hard time getting to your car. Snow storms with blowing snow have that effect and cleaning the parking lot a that time is not efficient and can also be a danger to staff members. We do however keep the entrances or exits clear at all times but for the parking lot its best when the storm settles to go and clear the parking lot. Thank you for staying with us. Have a great day
Cigarette butts littered the front entrance area, people smoking right by the doors. There were noisy guests on our floor after 11pm, called front desk and they came up once but that only worked for a few minutes.
Staff was fantastic. Room was nice. Waterslides/pool were good. Breakfast was good. Unfortunately no restaurant on location. Walmart and other locations are walkable but in winter time not dragging kids outside. Overall, very pleasant stay, will book again.
The staff member who served us 1st was rude and unhelpful, we didn’t have a credit card with us so he tried to turn us away. I asked to speak with the manager and he wouldn’t cooperate. Eventually the manger came and was very helpful and made it all work out. Very disappointing and the bed was not as comfortable as I would have hoped. Sorry for the negative response.

Hi JulietWe do apologize for the check in process in regards of having a credit card at check in. We do on the 3rd party sites inform guest that a credit card is required at check in but we also understand that not everyone goes through the fine print information. We hope you will consider staying with us again.
Out dated furniture and Tv. the room had a noisy heater couldn’t sleep. And the hotel was beyond cold and super over priced
