Under construction

Posted Jul 24, 2014
The hotel room itself was okay. Quite clean considering that the rest of the hotel was under construction... which was not stated on the website! The front desk staff lacked any customer service. They all acted like they hated their jobs and really couldn't be bothered. Plus we were supposed to get a free breakfast... nope! Wasn't even coffee in the lobby! I think they need to consider more construction on their employees as well as the building. Would not stay here again.

Run down building.. I had hair in my bathroom!! Shady people hanging outside..room smelled like it wasnt clean.. i thought I paid for those hotels that charge by the hour... only good thing was the staff. Dont be cheap and pay the extra 20 bucks to stay at a nicer place

Run down, needs major repairs and Reno

Extremely outdated. Mini A/C unit in the window didn't work. Sink taps dripped all night. Not worth nearly what we paid, will not go back

Great Staff

Pros: The Staff
Cons: Mattress
Location: We went for a show at the arena, it is close and the airport is nearby.
I found the staff to be very helpful and nice, room was well appointed and clean. Not sure what else you can ask for.

uncomfortable

Posted Jun 27, 2014
Could not find my reservation at check in. Offered us a room with one bed even though the reservation was for three adults. The room was old, run down and not exceptionally clean.Had to go back down to the desk to get a light bulb for a lamp and enough towels for three people. Most of the wall plugs did not work. On the second day we had to ask again for enough towels after they had cleaned the room.

Over Night Stay

Posted May 19, 2014
Cons: Lobby was uninviting, and the furniture was old. There were unsavory characters in the front entrance. Scarey.
The room was okay - but for the price it was doublt beds instead of queen, a small bathroom, no pool and no continental breakfast.

Good hotel for a night'stay

This is a bit outdated but they are renovating right now. The restaurant staff were very friendly and good food. Convenient location for getting around the city.

Alright

Nothing fancy, just a place to crash. Was clean, fairly quiet, as it's somewhat off any main roads, which really is what matters.

Book at Saskatoon Inn instead

Posted Apr 20, 2014
One of the most run down hotels I've ever seen. If price is right Saskatoon Inn across the street is absolutely amazing and beautiful. Ate dinner there after Heritage one was closed. Regret booking Heritage a lot
