The walls are paper thin and the people who stayed next door to us were partying all night and being very loud. We had to make several noise complaints. This would have been better solved by putting us in a separate room and not directly next door to an Adjoining room when there were several rooms available. The elevators were extremely slow, we had to wait about 5-10 minutes for an elevator. I did feel safe parking vehicle outside, thought that there was underground parking available.

Cleaning was not done in.the fire exit. Vagrants in the lobby and no one taking care of hotel grounds.

Great staff, very helpful, lovely room, .Didn't feel safe going outside to smoke. Too much riff raft. Dining was pricey and breakfast restaurant closed at 10am. Also be prepared to pay $17 for parking.
