Was a pretty quiet corner room which was wonderful. Very close to many dining options downtown. The only complaint i have about the room is the heater. When it kicks in, its very loud and startling; either had to turn up the tv volume when it kicked in or it woke us up several times in the night. It also had a squeal to it when it was running. We kept the temp down on purpose which helped. Otherwise fabulous staff! Great view from the room.

Very good stay. Quiet place, beds were comfy. Wish there was a microwave in the room. The parking metre was a little confusing. Could not figure out how long to pay for parking as it kept showing it expired at 6 am so I went to pay again at 10 pm and it showed the same time at 6 am the next day. So I ended up payimg dounle for parking which was $50. Other than that the pool was nice and big and the water slide was a lot of fun.

As always.. the Delta doesn’t not disappoint! Comfy beds and linens, lots of hot water! Nice and clean.. service is excellent!! Great location!

The room was a decent suze. Water pressure in the shower was good. The bed was very comfy. The resturant was very delicious. The pool wasnt freezing and the hot tub worked with jets and was fantastic. Also a very decent sized pool. With a fun looking warer slide.

Scalding Hot Water - only!
This was my second time staying at this hotel. I was mildly disappointed in heating of the room. In spite of having the heater run for an hour the room reached 19.5 degrees. Chilly but not overly annoying. In the morning both my sink and my shower had scalding hot water ONLY. Cold water, of all things, was not working. Very disappointing. Come on Marriott, do better!!

I wish I could offer a solution. I know many of our cities across the country are facing the same issues with homelessness, addictions and mental illness in their communities most vulnerable. In the end this must be a priority for our city and the Provincial and Federal governments as it is so much bigger then we all really imagine. We have additional secure on site; the floors are locked off and we patrol the building 24/7 with all this, we feel we have a very safe hotel. But I can understand it is not a pleasant experience outside at times.I do hope you will visit us again in the future.

Elevators take forever. Lots of homeless which made it unsafe at night. Had to get room keys reprogramed every day . Rooms were very nice. No coffee in room.

Hotel interior is clean but sketchy people sleeping on the streets 2 blocks away from hotel. Felt unsafe when stepping outside. Need more security around hotel property.
