This place was a dive, but the service was great. The people working were very friendly, and what surprised us the most were the security guards that they hire at night to make sure all of the guests were safe.

“Motel status”

I am a business traveller and not been expecting to stay at a motel, which this was. There were no other accommodations available in Saskatoon. This facility is right on a major street, next to a McDonald's, across the street from an active railroad track. Although it wasn't dirty, it was very old and small, and not at all sound-proof. As a business woman, I did not expect to be staying at a motel, except for lack of any other availability in town.

extremely, not justifyable expensive for this type of hotels( as usual in Saskatoon). Staff not competentive, poor rooms condition, no internet and no help. Room shabby, not clean.
