Can't believe this was a Super 8. The Hotel needs a Renovation. Checked into the room and there were no towels. All sheets, blankets and towels, though laundered, are heavily stained. King bed had 2 large body divots. Curtains didn't close properly, so spotlights from across the street, came in at night. The chair in the room was ready to fall apart. Next room had a dog barking and crying at weird hours. Arguments and fights in the 3rd floor hallways at 2 and 3 in the morning. Area of town is very sketch. No good places to walk to or dine at. Front Desk Staff was nice, however.

I dont recommend this hotel. Very poor service. The room is dirty and the door knob of comfort room is borken .we wait for almost 30 minutes to check out at the reception area because there is no person that assist us.very dissapointing

at check in, i was informed that the expedia payment was declined and can not be processed. I now have to contact expedia to get my refund. The same room was offered at a much higher price than expedia price. The refridgerator was not working in the room provided. Expedia should drop this property to avoid hassles.

Cheap pay, cheap dirty room! Made late reservations and got in late. If i can post pictures I would. Ripped and sewed up sheet. Dirty face clothes, stained towels and grease stains on the bedding. Itchy wool blanket and sheets. Kept waking up in the moddle of the night to see if we were getting bitten up by bugs. But nothing so now we got worried of scabies. Housekeeping is poor. The Housekeeping is just in it for the money! Bed was made poorly, floor was not vacuumed properly, there was big crumbs and a bottle cap in the corner by the nightstand.

Checked in and did my usual check, behind the bed has fast food garbage, mattress cover had blood or dirt I couldn’t really tell smeared in many spots, and I kid you not UNDERWEAR in the sheets. Floor was clearly not vacuumed, and dust everywhere that has probably been there for weeks maybe even longer. I used Expedia and got it for cheap but this was something I have never seen before, was offered a new room but obviously denied that room, if that’s how they cleaned that room I wasn’t taking any chances with another room. They denied giving me a refund but Expedia gave me a $50 dollar credit. I wouldn’t had stayed there if they offered to pay me. Stay clear and pay the extra bucks to stay somewhere safe and clean.

This hotel is absolutely disgusting. Stay anywhere else you possibly can. Checked in to room and there was blood on the towel and dirty bed sheets. Got switched to a new room and towels and bed sheets were filthy once again. Checked out immediately and still waiting to see if I will get refunded. Will not be staying at any Super 8 hotel’s after experiencing this.

Elevator floors are incorrectly labeled, room key didn’t work, bathroom was dirty, table was broken off the legs, had to move rooms so I could do my work, curtains didn’t close fully so I had the bright street lights shining in the room all night, wifi was so slow it was effectively useless. The only upside is that the bed was reasonably comfortable. I usually opt for super 8 for a cheap and reliably comfortable stay when I’m away for work, this location was undoubtably the worst I’ve stayed at.

Breakfast is a bag with an apple and another bag inside the little bag with a "muffin". We couldn't get the TV to work properly even with the help of the person at the front desk. The room was very hot we had to have the air conditioner going all night long (it's winter now). It's not the hotel's fault but we woke up several times during the night because of sirens - area is not conducive to peace and quiet.

COCKROACHES! A cockroach was found in the bathtub, we took photos and immediately informed the front desk we would not be staying and would like a refund. The man working at the front desk did not seem surprised when I mentioned cockroaches. He then informed me he could not refund me because I booked through Expedia when they charged my card upon arrival. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Rooms were very dirty, Furniture was broken, bedding had burn holes,doors broken and unsafe, staff and owner were very rude. the area was full of drug users and prostitutes inside and outside the hotel. no parking for bigger vehicles. We booked 2 nights, checked out 2 hours after check in, while we looked for another hotel, they would only refund 1 day, as they said we technically stayed "1" night cause we used the room for our luggage I would NOT recommend staying here!

-Our rooms were not ready when we checked in, certain amenities like soap and toilet paper were missing even after we moved into the room. -The keycards kept failing and we were locked out of our room several times. -The milk in the breakfast area was expired by 5 months! -They refused to provide room service unless our stay was 3 days or longer. I dont recommend staying here at their price point, unless price was less than $80/night. It seemed to us that they are trying to milk the franchise for as much money as they can without providing quality service.

I stayed 2 nights..after the first night I left the hotel to attend meetings. When I arrived back on the late afternoon my room was not made up orvtowels changed. I was informed by front desk they only change towels and make up rooms every second day and not every day. I’ve never heard of that before.

This hotel was horrible- the sheets were dirty and had stains on them, there were dark black hairs on the pillows and sheets, there were drugs laying on the brick wall outside the hotel, as well as glass from a shattered car window-the floors were filthy- they do not use commercial washers or dryers and the one cleaning person I saw was no older than 12. The location is less than safe- I was appalled to think this was a Wyndham hotel. We never stayed- checked out 5 mins after checking in.

Cleaning staff did good job on the room for that part the people doing that did work hard to make it nice, although they did not come in on the second day at all reused my towels. Clearly the owners of the property run it on a shoe string. Most of the things inside and outside the room are missing , broken, damaged or not working , such as; No cups in room Table in my room is so broken drinks slide off of it Ice machine not working All vending machines not working Lighting not working Breakfast room abandoned Door latches and opening mechanisms broken Area outside the hotel , well they advertise it as near downtown but that’s not the case this hotel is located near Avenue P and 22 street west, going outside at night could be dangerous the neighborhood is crawling with thugs, drunks, hookers and lots of scary individuals! I was glad to make it into my room without a steak knife sticking out of my shoulder! 😵‍💫 Front desk workers are struggling to be friendly with anybody. Avoid this hotel and this area of town. I had to stay because I couldn’t find anything else with the big car show weekend and folk festival going on but man o man.

It’s an average and older hotel in a rougher and older neighbourhood and area, however we did feel safe. The building is a bit run down especially interior, for example, damaged walls with big holes, soiled and dirty carpets everywhere, lamp doesn’t turn on, broken plug in, TV remote that doesn’t work on TV, coffee maker that needs manual operation and other concerns. It’s a budget hotel for one night for our one and only experience.
