Loved it very cute, you feel so secure with the cameras on the property just 30 min away walking distance from the bars, movie theatres and shopping mall such a cute hotel felt like home!

My first room had no bathroom, fridge or coffeemaker. That was not acceptable as I need a bathroom available. I’m having a medical procedure tomorrow. My second room had a bathroom, no fridge or coffee maker. Those were not as important as the bathroom. The second room is filthy!! There’s mud or something on the walls, the glasses weren’t washed, in the bathroom there is community soaps. I tried to get another hotel within walking distance of the hotel but none were available. If I had a vehicle I wouldn’t be staying here. THEY SHOULD BE ASHAMED!!! And I paid almost $100 for this pigpen!!!

There were bugs, and stains on the sheets and towels. The staff was friendly and helped us with the suitcases. The room was freezing cold but he provided us with a heater. I would definitely have reserved a better hotel room if I knew this place is so small and is not clean much. I stayed for a night only but university residence lounge would sound so much better and spacious without needing to pay anything.

Very clean and comfortable. My only complaint is there is only 1 shared bathroom for 6 rooms. But overall, great value for the price. Would definitely stay again!

Firstly, I paid extra to get a room with private bathroom and Inn approved it but when I was checking in, the inn did not provide with that as they were “Confused” while looking at my booking. Secondly, the night manager has no idea about the proceedings and could not help me with anything. He could only give me keys of room which was available and not which I booked. Thirdly, the morning receptionist was so rude when I asked her about my refund and did not even attend me properly. She has no concern for me as a customer and until now I have not received my confirmation of refund or even an apology from the inn. This is the worst customer service ever received in any of my stays.

I don’t leave reviews usually but I have to for our stay. Everything from checkin, to parking, to room service, to the beautiful view our room had was perfect! Rooms are just basic but spotless. And right across the street are walking paths along the river. We will def stay here again!

It’s across from the hospital, so was able to walk over for my surgery in the morning. Unfortunately we didn’t have a great sleep. It was very hot in our room so we had the windows open but didn’t sleep great because of traffic noise.

Room was clean and comfortable. Bed was great. Had a good sleep until doors continued to slam in the morning. I don't know how someone who is sick can get the rest they need. Please add slow close arms to the doors. Otherwise stay was great.
