"Absolutely loved our stay. It’s extremely convenient with location, clean, and family friendly. I don’t think my girls ever left the basement with the foosball and pool table. We would 100% stay here again and hope to in the future! Thank you for a wonderful weekend away!"

Cute and Clean!

"This cottage was so cute! Plenty of room for me and my sister. The place was so clean-the cleanest of any rental place we have ever stayed. The location was perfect. We enjoyed going into Saugatuck each day for shopping, dining, and walking along the water. It was an easy drive to Grand Haven, Holland, and Douglas. The host, John, left us a sweet note along with some cakes and a menu from a local cafe. We ended up eating breakfast at the Farmhouse because the menu looked so good. We were not disappointed! If we're ever in Saugatuck again, we will book here for sure!"

Luxury Log Home at the Sugar Shack at Lake Goshorn

Great Cabin!

"My husband and I took our two girls 7 and 3 for a spring break get-a-way. The cabin is very clean and spacious and we had fun playing pool and using the hot tub. Lots of cute shops and restaurants close by in Saugatuck and lots of kids activities in Holland. Would highly recommend!"

Woodsy cabin with private hot tub, shared beach access & screened porch

Broken screen, bed bugs, no communication

"This stay started off decent. The screen on the front door was broken. Not a big deal because the front door wasn't going to be open at all as it was November. We dropped off our stuff inside after a long drive, went to dinner, got back sort of late so we hit the hot tub which was full of sand, went to bed. In the early morning hours my daughters found bed bugs in their bed. And there were more in the bathtub. We took pictures and sent them to the company. Gathered our stuff to head out. We didn't even stay 24 hours. I have been attempting to get some resolution from vacasa and have not heard anything back yet. Its been weeks. And I've had to reach out to them. They let me know (after we were gone and at approximately 5pm) that Orkin would be there between noon and 2 that day. The last I heard from them they were still "investigating". I 10/10 do NOT recommend this place. It has been a total hassel with no resolve. And it was supposed to be a relaxing weekend with my mother, sisters, and daughters."
