Close to town

Pros: Close to town
Cons: Cleanliness, decor...
Location: Saugerties is a great town with great shops and restaurants.
Disappointment....in bad need of updating. Unpleasant odor in room.Cigarette burns in comforter. Dingy.... Attached diner opens at 7 am, should be earlier. No kind of breakfast included and way too pricey. It bordered on being kind of a dump.

It's all about convenience

Cons: Outdoor pool.
Location: Woodstock Catskill Park Leon Helm Studio
If you're doing anything in the Woodstock/Saugerties area, and want a hotel right next to the highway, this is the place. A good launch pad to activities and a suitable crash pad for sleeping. Indoor pool was adequate. Room was clean.

Online pictures look nothing like the place .

Pros: NOthing really
Cons: The landscaping could be better and the rooms need to be revamped.
Location: Best thing about it was that it was right off the thruway
The website is not a true reflection of the hotel. It looks like a truck stop and I was actually scared to stay there. 1 person working and he was sleeping at the front desk. Room was musty and dark. If you need a place to stay I guess you can take your chances but I would not go back.

We've used this hotel annually for the last few years for an event we attend and the price used to be reasonable but it has climbed so much that next year I think we'll find somewhere else.

who is a nice hotel on our way to skiing

we were only there to spend the nightwe arrived at 9 p.m. And we're out the door by 7 a.m.

Comfortable

Pros: Very comfortable bed/pillows!
Cons: Bathroom could be improved. Socket with hairdryer shorted out.
This hotel had one of the most comfortable beds/pillows that I have ever experienced in any hotel. The room itself was a little worn but the bed made up for the lack in ambiance. Also, very nice that there is an empty fridge in the room for your use.

Needs a wmens touch

great location for traveling: room good size but the bed linens need improvement stained top cover, sheets needed pressing and bed skirt was half off .Good dinner attached to hotel. Price was a bit high

Heater not working

The heating unit was horrible. First It blew cold air, then hot air, and then made sounds so loud that it sounded like a snowplow going along right outside the window! This cycle was repeated throughout the entire night so sleep was horrible. In addition, the overall cleanliness was not good and the place seems to have deteriorated since the last time we stayed. I do not plan on staying at this motel again.

The stay was fine. Thought breakfast would be included at that price. A little far away from the closest 4-5 ski areas
