Not the greatest

I was impressed in the beginning. On the outside, it doesn't look like much, but the rooms were nice and comfortable. However, my family had to pay for the rented portable bed TWICE. Once the staff came in, we handed them a $10 bill, the amount you're supposed to pay. The next day, when we checked out, we had to pay it again because the staff mistook the first as tip. I was not too pleased with this, and we did not get a refund.

There was a issue with room heater and staff told that we can't do much.

Pros: Location.
Cons: They offered a discount for meals at their diner, we never ate there.
Location: Woodstock, Kingston are close by.
We stayed there a 3rd night. The hotel is right of off I87, older hotel from what my fiends tell me. But, the rooms were very clean. Beds Comfy. No breakfast, but no big deal because we met friends for breakfast.

The bathroom was so sour we had ro close the door however the room was not appealing. You get what you pay for, i will never stay here or recommend this hotel. The staff was not engaged and didnt offer solutions,

Terrible....no hot water even tho front desk said it would be corrected...telephone out of order...not corrected...bathroom sink would not drain...I WANT A REFUND !!!!

Staff very friendly, cooperative for check in. comfortable room, clean, slightly small, but great for sleeping, Bed was very good. Complementary breakfast would have been nice...Ask for room on other side of Interstate
