Pleasant experience

Posted Jul 25, 2014
Pros: Very helpful and friendly staff. Nice room. Good breakfast selection.
Cons: More efficient pickup at airport.
Location: I was only there as a stop over for flight next day so can't answer about things to do near by.
My room was very nice and the hotel staff were helpful and friendly. I was even given a late checkout because my flight wasn't leaving until later in the day. The morning breakfast was also good. The only downside was the time I had to wait to be picked up at the airport.

Nice hotel, but not that close to Logan airport.

Posted Jul 2, 2014
It was a very nice hotel and the staff was very nice and helpful, but it's not as close to Logan airport as you would think since they advertise it is. We went to Boston for a quick trip to catch a Red Sox game, and because it's a 20 to 30 minute shuttle ride to the airport we spent a lot of our time on the shuttle or waiting for the shuttle. For as quick as the trip was I would have picked a closer hotel had I realized how far away it was.

Great staff and management

Posted Jun 22, 2014
The management went above and beyond what we expected. They made a special shuttle run into Boston in order for our group to get into town without having to make us wait an hour for the next shuttle. The day we were leaving the manager said he would let us go into boston to tour some more and they would send our luggage to the delta terminal where we met the driver. They met every need we asked for. Would stay there anytime we are in town.

Pleasant Stay

Posted Jun 9, 2014
It was a bit from the airport, but the room was clean and comfortable. It was late, we were starved, and the gent at the front desk suggested Donimo's. Had a decent sandwich and some oil-laden onion rings, but it hit the spot. Very decent breakfast, the next morning. I would stay there again.

Very nice. Located near highway

Very nice. Located near highway, but rooms were quiet. Decent breakfast with eggs, fresh pancake and hot cinnamon rolls. Free wifi and parking. Compared to downtown rates, a steal. Also provides an airport shuttle.

Easy access to Endicott College.

Posted May 18, 2014
Pros: The price was right, the continental breakfast and the hotel was clean.
Location: There were stores and some places to eat.
We were on the 4th floor, last room down the hall. This location was nice because we didn't hear any noise at night. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Shuttle To/From Airport

Posted May 18, 2014
Pros: I liked the staff. I liked the rooms.
Location: We walked to Kelly's for lunch. It was a few blocks away. It was delicious!
We stayed at the hotel because we were renting vehicles at the mall in Saugus and needed transportation to the mall. The hotel provided the transportation. The breakfast was good. The rooms were clean. The hotel staff was helpful. The room was expensive.

Perfect location for getting to Boston.

Posted May 12, 2014
Pros: Everything.
Cons: Not much.
Location: Only 20 minutes to the Airport and places to eat nearby.
I stayed here for 6 nights and it was perfect for getting into Boston. The shuttle bus runs every hour and only takes 20 minutes to the station. The staff were friendly and very helpful as nothing is too much trouble for them. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. The Breakfast was more than adequate with plenty of choice. There are places to eat within a 5-10 minute walk. Compared to other Hotels on the route the Holiday Inn Express takes some beating on price and location. Check this place out, you won;t be disappointed.

A little out of the city but good value for money.

Posted Apr 15, 2014
Pros: Price.
Location: Shopping mall and bars and restaurants nearby. Shuttle to the train to the city for everything.
A little out of the city but with an efficient shuttle service to and from airport terminals and the T (underground system) that connects to the heart of Boston in minutes. Room was quiet, air conditioning great and beds comfortable. All in all a good place to stay.
