Great facilities - so so front desk servicePosted Aug 31, 2014
Pros: room size and cleanliness - everything looked new
Cons: front desk staff could be more available - or at least have a bell at front so you don't have to call out. Once available, they were helpful.
Great facilities, OK staff. Hotel was clean, hotel was nicely furnished and we really enjoyed the room. Front desk staff were never at desk, usually in back doing something so always had to wait for help. Some good eating places in walking distance (Fudruckers, Thai BBQ, etc.). Lots a places in easy driving distance. Road driving takes a bit of getting use to, but OK.. To get to airport from hotel you have to go down road and take next off-ramp and follow it around and get back on road going opposite direction. Fairly easy to do during low traffic times. Some gas stations on way to airport, so fill up when you see them. Rooms were large and clean. Would have been nice if they had another seat available, but having one for desk is fine. Lots of power outlets to recharge and nice work area/desk to do computer work at.

This is a more than adequate motel on a busy road, adjacent to a lot of big box stores. I stayed overnight to drop my daughter's stuff of at school. The floors were not carpeted. I liked that because I made me less concerned about bed bugs. There were lots of inexpensive restaurants nearby.

Pros: Clean room, very pet friendly, the only reason I would consider going back
Cons: Beds and pillows
Location: Stayed because it was near to the airport
The hotel was clean with nothing extra. The beds were the worst ever, might as well slept on the floor. The pillows were worse, large bricks. Asked for a different room and was told all the beds and pillows were the same, nothing they could do. Overall disappointed and will not go back. Had to drive to Boston to the airport and the drive back to Downeast ME. Hard to do when you have not had a decent nights sleep. Had to ask for towels only had enough for two and the reservation was for four .

Three nights stay.Posted Aug 12, 2014
Pros: Flooring and clean room.
Cons: Refile coffee every day.
Location: On US1 and accessible, 20 minutes to Boston.
Not far from Boston, our Room was not on the road,so no street noises but the walls are like paper, you can hear the neighbors. We stayed for three nights, but they did not add coffee after the first night. As there is no breakfast services provided, at least do not cut on the coffee. Clean room and confortable bed are a plus. But we had a superior room without the little extras provided to other customers, maybe they save on the Expedia low price.

One night stayPosted Aug 7, 2014
The room was small; the refrigerator and microwave were next to one of the beds and noisy at night. The door.was not sound insulated that even whisper conversations in the hallway could be heard easily from inside the room at night. The hotel was right on a highway wih high speed traffic; the highway itself had a divider. Therefore, it's dangerous to get on the highway and inconvenient to get anywhere.

Night staff was rude.Posted Aug 5, 2014
I was not impressed by the staff. The room was ok. When staying here do not expect any bells or whistles- no breakfast and stale coffe.

Excellent all around...Posted Aug 3, 2014
Pros: Cleanliness, Remodeled rooms
Pleasantly surprised by this location. The room was remodeled with a comfortable king bed, wooden floors, modern furniture, and nice sized flat screen TV. They don't offer breakfast in the morning, but they do have coffee in the lobby all day/night long. Plenty of parking spaces... and also plenty of eating options within walking distance (Stay away from Kowloon, total tourist trap!). It's off a main road, so in about 10 minutes you're in downtown Boston and had no problems getting around. Will definitely recommend.

Decent budget hotel.Posted Aug 1, 2014
Most things were good. We stayed four nights, but were out site-seeing for most of the days. Did not interact with the staff much at all. Three of us shared two beds which I thought were queen size, but were just standard double. Not much room for two adults there. But we managed without too much trouble. Also, there was a good size gap at the bottom of our door which allowed much of the sound from the hallway to enter into our room. Not a big deal, but a slight annoyance in the middle of the night when other guests are going or coming. All in all you get what you pay for. A nice place to stay for the price.
