Second stay and lastPosted Nov 21, 2014
Pros: Not much.
Cons: Noise quieting and better cleaning.
Location: It's in Saugus
Arrived to find we were in a handicap room closest to route 1. Traffic all night equals no sleep. Rugs were not clean, found several bits of debris including an eR ring from a previous guest. For the price and room location, will not be back. It is claimed to be an airport hotel, however it is seven miles from the airport. Airport convience prices ar out of line for Saugus.

Nice hotel not far from downtown BostonPosted Nov 17, 2014
Great time at the hotel. Restaurants nearby and a lot of commodities all around the place. You got to drive around a little bit to get on the other side of the highway back-forth. Very convient to stay at the hotel and then to take the subway at Malden Center to get to downtown.

Overall Quite GoodPosted Nov 14, 2014
The elevator was noisy and the stairs were kind if ghetto, but the actual hallways and rooms were excellent. Overall, it was a good stay.

I had a handicapped room which was the size of a studio apartment. Excellent for overnight stay.

Nice make over of older placePosted Nov 7, 2014
Pros: Very high pressure shower & high enough to stand under. The toilet will suck you in if you're not careful - awesome! Flat screen TV, Big bed, fridge!
Cons: Make sure the in-room safes are working correctly. Install exhaust fans in the bathrooms. Otherwise, perfect.
Location: Rte1 Saugus MA has plenty of places to eat and shop at & plenty to do. Kowloons is 50 feet away & has a comedy club & good food & its open til 2am
Red Roof has been putting in a great amount of effort to re-brand themselves as 'efficiency plus' and they are succeeding. The standard king bed rooms appear small when you first walk in, as the bed takes up most of the room, but as you move into the room, you find that there is more than enough room for one person, and just enough for two. King bedrooms not big enough for more than three people. Leave the kids at home. Otherwise this is a good place to stay - free WiFi, full desk, microwave and fridge. You get it all.

Bitten by fleasPosted Nov 4, 2014
The hotel accept pets but do not clean it accordingly. I was bitten by many fleas and had to find another hotel in the middle if my stay. Really bad.

Close to the AirportPosted Oct 30, 2014
Moderately priced hotel 8 miles from Boston Logan. A couple of restaurants within walking distance. Clean, with comfortable bed. Good for a one-night stay.

Outstanding value for moneyPosted Oct 26, 2014
The room was impeccably serviced and it's decor more than decent. The staff was ever polite and always forthcoming regarding the available facilities; they broke no promises. What you see is truly what you get - how refreshing.

Nice hotelPosted Oct 24, 2014
Pros: Very clean, comfortable, and room was spacious and wel maintained.
Cons: The only criticism which is very minor is there was only powdered milk for coffee some small milk cartons would be nice.
Location: Plenty of restuarants nearby, the Kowloon was excellent and Angela's pizza very nice.
Stayed here on 22nd October this year and found the hotel to be excellent. It is a little out of the way but there are plenty of eateries in the area. Access to boston was fairly easily a 15 minute drive to wonderland train station and a 15 minute train journey to the center of Boston. It cost 10 dollars a day for both of us to travel into Boston and 5 dollars to park. You can drive in its about 25 minutes but expensive to park. The hotel itself is basic but was very clean, the staff were friendly and when we had a slight problem with the flush in our toilet they offered to relocate us straight away, we declined and it was fixed within the hour. The room is plenty big enough with a kettle in the room, the sink is also in the room not the bathroom but this did not cause us any problems. It was very clean and we found the bed very comfortable. Overall a very good stay with friendly staff and we would happily stay again.
