Pool is not very deep and gas s lot of shollow areas. Great for children. The hot tub is a very good size and very close to pool. The equipment in the gym is limited. Breakfast had a lot if options-including eggs and sausage.

The rooms are ok.. my shade on the over head light was hanging down.. the beds amd pillows are comfy and staff is exceptionally friendly.. although the hot tub was not working and it was absolutely filthy eeww this was a huge letdown as it was a deciding factor in our stay here..

Parking lot has a couple big potholess. Other than thst the hotel is great. Amazing staff, nice pool and hottub (does have weak jets.) Rooms are clean and in great shape.

Convenient Place to Stay
The is a great hotel. Loved the convenience of having Applebee's right next store for dinner and drinks. Very comfy beds and overall, a great room for the value. We will stay here again next time we are in town!!!

Don't ever stay here! While we were gone for the day, housekeeping went thru all our belongings. Stole items from us. When we complained all we got was " the manager is gone she'll call you. 1 week later after calling the hotel every day, I still haven't talked with a manager!

Place was older and used-bkfast staff was busy on her phone when things needed restocked and when finally noticed responded with that is all there is. Bkfast was minimal. Bathroom tiny

Floor above me creak every time somebody walked in the room up there, and it was not quiet was a very loud creak. And I could hear the woman next-door coughing. This is not a well soundproofed hotel.

The breakfast was almost the same each day. They do have a hot breakfast. The most difficult for me, I am a short lady and the beds are extra high. Even with a stool provided by the hotel, it was awkward to get into bed.

Hotel wasn't to bad it is in the middle of a renovation that looks like its on going . Exposed wires hanging a few places . Felt kinda iffy . Front desk came to my room at like 11pm asking who booke dmy room and what my name was when SHE was the 1 who we checked in with when we arrived .

Wouldn’t recommend
The building needs significant repairs and a thorough cleaning. Our room lacked hot water for most of our two night stay and the electrical outlets were overloaded, causing the fridge to lose power in the first night and all our food for the next two days had to be thrown in the trash. The hotel staff kept offering to move us to a room with fewer beds (which didn’t accommodate our family) but didn’t offer any other compensation.

Everything was great. Fair price good breakfast and friendly staff. Clean and good location. Didn't go to the pool or yard area. The bed was horribly uncomfortable but still a 5 star experience. Went to the falls(less than an hour) highly recommended

Poor room service
Biggest issue we had was no shower curtain, little soap and toilet paper. Also asked for extra towels since I had to use a few extra to wipe the floor due to no shower curtain. I told the front desk we were in need of all those and he made a note of it only to get back to our room with nothing taken care of.

Big safety hazard! Our room lock did not lock properly you could push the door open without the key card while the door was supposedly closed shut and automatically locked.

My room was not cleaned and the common areas were very dirty. When we arrived there was a sign saying the pool was closed and it remained closed for our entire stay. I would not stay here again.

This was an older property, but our room was clean and comfortable. Front desk staff was not very friendly. Near an Applebee’s which was a good, walkable dinner option.

The property is a little older, but seemed pretty clean. My kids were bummed that the pool was under repair. Aside from that inconvenience, our stay was fine. The area has some shopping and restaurants immediately nearby.

Booked this hotel because it had a pool, and one of the only ones left in the area that had availability with a pool. I booked Tuesday and called Thursday. None of either days, did they say anything about the pool being closed. I understand that things happen, just a heads up would have been nice.
