Stayed Christmas Eve on our way across Canada. Staff were wonderful, I think only one or two other rooms had been booked for the night but they still put a great breakfast out for us. Thanks so much.

Very nice. Very comfortable. Nice breakfast (included). After eight hours in a car it was nice to walk around Princess Auto, HomeSense, and Staples right next door after dinner without getting back in a car.

The hotel was clean except for the stairwells and there was some noise in the hallways one of the evenings we were there. However, the updated room, friendly staff and free breakfast more than made up for any inconveniences.

I have been waiting for the refund of the extra deposit deducted from my card and it's been a week now. The front office staff promised to initiate it but it has not been done. There is no communication to me as regards the same!

Good Afternoon Joash, We took a pre-auth for 320.00 and on day of check out we completed that pre-auth for 263.24 . The difference of 56.76 just fall off you will not see a refund just the charge of 263.24.

Breakfast was very good. Joe was very friendly and made breakfast enjoyable, opened a little early to accommodate people. The bed however was very squeaky, not a comfortable sleep.

Good Morning Vicky,I am sorry to hear that the Rug in your room was dirty. We have just went through major renovation and all rooms were totally redone. Including the carpets in rooms on 2nd floor 1st floor rooms got laminate flooring. The only area in the hotel that was not done was our hallways which is set to be done in the near future. We will be addressing this with our staff has this is not our standard.Regards,
